I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of Sales Associate 20-24 hours a week. Applicants for this position must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to cover home delivery routes and a satisfactory driving record.

Job Summary
Ceres Collaborative is seeking experienced individuals to assist with the daily operations of a Burlington adult-use cannabis dispensary. The dispensary will be open in October 2022, Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am to 8 pm. We are looking for full-time employees.

Etain is seeking a passionate, driven and hardworking individual to fill a position as Dispensary Sales Associate for its Yonkers location, which will entail delivery, reception and dispensing duties.

I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of Sales Associate 20-24 hours a week. Medical Marijuana Dispensary seeks candidates for Full-Time Dispensary Retail Sales Associates. The successful candidates will possess outstanding retail sales and customer service skills, a constant desire for self-improvement, enthusiasm, and accuracy/attention to detail. Main responsibilities include: interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone; and an ability to explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of medical marijuana to include methods of use; handling cash and debit card transactions and point of sale systems operations; and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.

Schedule: Our dispensary is opened 7 days per week, 10 AM to 6 PM, so we offer a variety of shifts. Weekend availability is required.

Job Summary
Ceres Collaborative is seeking experienced individuals to assist with the daily operations of a Burlington adult-use cannabis dispensary. The dispensary will be open in October 2022, Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am to 8 pm. We are looking for full-time employees. Both four 10-hour workday weeks and five 8-hour workday weeks will be available.

- Assists customers by providing information, education, and support as needed.

I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of home delivery program approximately 5 days a week. Applicants for this position must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to cover home delivery routes and a satisfactory driving record.
Il. Summary of duties:
- Greets customers at work station or in dispensary waiting room, including answering the door, checking and scanning customer IDs, processing initial paperwork.
- Describes products available and explains use, operation of the products, and care of the merchandise to the customer.
- Totals the purchases, and receives and processes cash or debit card payments.
- Responsible for product inventory at the sales associate station, including medicated and non-medicated plus FIFO, and maintains stock throughout shift.
- Maintains a clean and organized station; and in conjunction with entire staff, a clean and organized dispensary store location.
- Covers the dispensary reception/waiting room area, including answering the phone, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Carries out home deliveries as requested. Follows delivery driving routes and time schedules.
- Loads, unloads, prepares, inspects and operates the delivery vehicle.
- Completes logs and reports. Follows applicable home delivery SOPs.
- Attends product knowledge training.

This position requires individuals who have a high level of attention to detail, enjoy working with customers, and can provide quality customer service in a medical atmosphere both in-store and during deliveries. The dispensary sales associate must maintain compliance with the Office of Cannabis Management regulations under the Compassionate Care Act. The dispensary sales associates will also be expected to work with a ‘patient first' mentality and assist the pharmacist with dispensary operations. Dispensary sales associates are responsible for dispensing medical marijuana products and assisting with patient counseling under the direct supervision of the pharmacist on staff. In this role, you may be requested to deliver Etain products via a company car.

I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of Sales Associate 24 - 32 hours a week. Applicants for this position must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to cover home delivery routes and a satisfactory driving record.
Il. Summary of duties:
- Greets customers at work station or in dispensary waiting room, including answering the door, checking and scanning customer IDs, processing initial paperwork.
- Describes products available and explains use, operation of the products, and care of the merchandise to the customer.
- Totals the purchases, and receives and processes cash or debit card payments.
- Responsible for product inventory at the sales associate station, including medicated and non-medicated plus FIFO, and maintains stock throughout shift.
- Maintains a clean and organized station; and in conjunction with entire staff, a clean and organized dispensary store location.
- Covers the dispensary reception/waiting room area, including answering the phone, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Carries out home deliveries as requested. Follows delivery driving routes and time schedules.
- Loads, unloads, prepares, inspects and operates the delivery vehicle.
- Completes logs and reports. Follows applicable home delivery SOPs.
- Attends product knowledge training.

- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock and participate in inventory counts

Position Summary Information
Primary Purpose
Under the supervision of the Procurement and Inventory Manager, performs various duties related to general operations of the store and oversees inventory management for apparel, insignia, and general merchandise items.
Essential Functions
1. Correspond with vendors regarding payments, invoices, investigate discrepancies and outstanding issues; match supporting invoices to procurement documents and/or request documentation as needed; process invoices for payment.
2. Correspond and meet with various vendors and sales representatives regarding merchandise.
3. Maintain vendor database; generate and organize vendor files.
4. Maintain sign-outs, and pick-up logs. Use AxiUm as required for instrument and equipment check out and control. At end of School Year Summarize list of students who have not returned Clinic items and provide this information to Clinic so they can charge students who lost equipment.
5. Assist with annual inventory, annual preparation of student kits, and annual student smock and glove orders.
6. Work with students, faculty and staff on special requests/orders. Before each term ensure special Faculty Course Director’s orders for supplies and testing teeth are obtained from Clinic Supply and vendors in time for scheduled classes.
7. Assist with day-to-day operations; answer telephones, perform cashiering duties and provide customer service to customers via phone, email, fax, and in person; stock and organize displays; open and close store as needed.
8. Compose correspondence, create flyers and notifications relating to store policies and news.
9. Design, select, order and monitor apparel and insignia merchandise that appeals to customer base and favorably represents the University’s brand; introduce new apparel, and insignia.
10. Use POS system to place/receive/post merchandise orders, print barcodes, and track sales.
11. Analyze and monitor sales records/reports, trends, and economic conditions to anticipate customer buying patterns.
12. Provide coverage for other staff as needed.
13. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Procurement and Inventory Manager.
14. This position supports SimLab training and a primary duty is assisting Students to obtain the materials and equipment they need for their instruction and sales of those items that students chose to purchase. The Sales Associate will support the dispensary in assisting patients and caregivers in the acquisition of medical marijuana, ensuring adequate delivery of patient-focused care and support.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Performing initial patient intake in the reception area and updating patient records and profiles;
- Managing the inventory within the dispensary by handling incoming shipments, performing quality control inspections, and completing any accompanying paperwork;
- Ensuring accuracy of METRC and the secondary inventory POS tracking system;
- Reporting discrepancies of inventory and dispensing errors immediately to the General Manager;
- Following directions well and communicating effectively with patients;
- Operating cash registers, receiving payment and recording the procurement;
- Performing data entry into internal dispensary reports and state/internal inventory tracking systems;
- Accurately counting and weighing medical marijuana and medical marijuana products;
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, comparing physical inventory to inventory in the tracking systems, under the supervision of the General Manager or Assistant Manager;
- Assessing patient records at the counter terminal, confirming the patient’s identity through scanning and visual confirmation of documents, and confirming the patient’s eligibility for purchasing medical marijuana based upon the daily limits;
- Providing patients with accurate information about currently available medical marijuana products;
- Assisting patients with the selection of products available and providing advice based upon the patient’s medical marijuana treatment plan recommended by their physician;
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy of product packaging and labeling at the point of sale;
- Organizing and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations without delay, placing orders for dispensary supplies with the General Manager as needed;
- Providing patients and prospective patients with printed information materials regarding medical marijuana and the services and products provided by Buckeye Botanicals, as directed by the General Manager;
- Cleaning and sanitizing the dispensary and equipment on a regular basis to ensure a sterile, organized work environment;
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and to obtain and maintain a support employee license issued by the State Board of Pharmacy. Reliable transportation is required.
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of medical marijuana and local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana in Ohio.
Skills:
Teamwork, customer service, communication, timeliness, great work ethic and ability to quickly learn functions within inventory tracking systems: METRC; and Buckeye Botanicals’ secondary inventory tracking Point of Sale (POS) system).
Physical Activities:

Position Summary Information
Primary Purpose
Under the supervision of the Procurement and Inventory Manager, performs various duties related to general operations of the store and oversees inventory management for apparel, insignia, and general merchandise items.
Essential Functions
1. Correspond with vendors regarding payments, invoices, investigate discrepancies and outstanding issues; match supporting invoices to procurement documents and/or request documentation as needed; process invoices for payment.
2. Correspond and meet with various vendors and sales representatives regarding merchandise.
3. Maintain vendor database; generate and organize vendor files.

6. Work with students, faculty and staff on special requests/orders. Before each term ensure special Faculty Course Director’s orders for supplies and testing teeth are obtained from Clinic Supply and vendors in time for scheduled classes.
7. Assist with day-to-day operations; answer telephones, perform cashiering duties and provide customer service to customers via phone, email, fax, and in person; stock and organize displays; open and close store as needed.
8. Compose correspondence, create flyers and notifications relating to store policies and news.
9. Design, select, order and monitor apparel and insignia merchandise that appeals to customer base and favorably represents the University’s brand; introduce new apparel, and insignia.
10. Use POS system to place/receive/post merchandise orders, print barcodes, and track sales.
11. Analyze and monitor sales records/reports, trends, and economic conditions to anticipate customer buying patterns.
12. Provide coverage for other staff as needed.
