Agent Support and Management:

Exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the retail location when necessary, and in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:

Agent Support and Management:
Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day’s predicted transaction volume
Assign work and monitor resulting performance

Respond to agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts on days when sole manager;

Customer Service:

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Supervisor helps ensure all the daily tasks of the department get properly executed. This position requires a leader that has experience in every workstation of the department and strong cannabis knowledge. The Floor Supervisor provides support to retail staff during the hours of operation which includes, without limitation: training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping current with industry news/bulletins and product information, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, and oversight of any weekend product deliveries.
Essential Functions:
Exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the retail location when necessary, and in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:
Enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Report employee issues or situations, as well as handling emergencies.
Agent Support and Management:
Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day’s predicted transaction volume
Assign work and monitor resulting performance
Guide, train, and develop employees in the accomplishment of their duties and goals
Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulation;
Respond to agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts on days when sole manager;
Coordinates with other dispensary supervisors to ensure accurate information is communicated through the proper channels to both dispensary staff and upper management.
Customer Service:
Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, including handling issues, concerns, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries when necessary.
Reports, Documentation, and Profitability:
Maintain all cash and POS reporting in accordance with Company policies/procedures and Department of Taxation rules and regulations.
Provide regular updates to Dispensary Management.
Assist in quality control efforts regarding approval, salvage, and/or destruction of all medicated product at the retail location.

Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, governmental agencies, community members and the general public.
Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and electronic mail.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
Minimum Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous Customer Service experience preferred
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience.
Working Conditions :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, sitting, bending, twisting and repetitive motions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 40 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
