YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for conception and execution of all digital marketing across all channels. This includes paid media, platform optimization, social advertising, email marketing and more. You will be running campaigns and analyzing data to optimize our efforts and achieve the best results.
You will look at traditional cannabis channels and find additional channels that are ripe for disruption bringing traffic and brand awareness to our website, social media and ultimately our retailers. We aim to bring educated and excited customers to our retailers doors with buyer intent.
Additionally this role will utilize technology to assist our sales team in opening up B2B awareness leading to new wholesale leads.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Create and manage campaigns on all our Cannabis platforms. Weedmaps, Leafly, LeafLink etc
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Requirements and skills

- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

What you’ll be doing:
- Build our website as the go-to hub for cannabis companies and vendors, leveraging best design and SEO content practices
