Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day assignments in coordination with grow operations and cultivation practices including but not limited to harvest prep, de-leafing, drying/curing, burping, sorting, Trimming, batching, labeling, cleaning/sanitizing, data Input/tracking, etc.

The Cure Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Cure department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Processing.

JOB SUMMARY
The Harvest-Cure Technician responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical marijuana production cycle with a focus on harvest/post-harvest operations but not limited to. Provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines within the medical marijuana production cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day assignments in coordination with grow operations and cultivation practices including but not limited to harvest prep, de-leafing, drying/curing, burping, sorting, Trimming, batching, labeling, cleaning/sanitizing, data Input/tracking, etc.
- Assist in the final packaging of all flower products. Correct identification and assembly of individual packaging components for bulk stock and appropriate label application on product containers.
- Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
- Plant monitoring and care with a focus on quality control (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Flower Health, Scouting for pest/disease, Moisture Content, etc.)
- Identify packaging quality control issues including visually inconsistent, damaged, or blemished products and/or packaging.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio-secure work environment.
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
- Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Harvest Logs, Yield Tracking Logs, Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.)
- Assist in daily monitoring of flower quality, moisture content, environmental numbers, and water activity.
- Must operate equipment including but not limited to bucking machine, batching machine, and twister.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties at the direction of the Harvest Manager.
- Maintain detailed tracking/organization of harvest lot weights, batch numbers, and cultivar identification.
- Other projects/tasks, as requested by direct manager.
- Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Purpose
The Cure Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Cure department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives to organize and process the dried cannabis product. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Cure Technician will report to the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Supporting the Lead of Cure to organize and process the dried cannabis product. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Post Harvest.
- Operating machinery to sort and trim dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including weigh-ins. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Lead of Cure with instructed requests. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas. Maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest assigned to the Buckeye Lake, OH cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.
- Training towards PharmaCann's mission statement and leadership development.
- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment (scissors,
- table, floors etc.).
- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the Post Harvest department areas.
- Contribute and show support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest.
Job Requirement
- This position is expected to be available as needed to adherir to the responsibilities within and throughout the job description.
- Must be eligible for the position based on state and federal laws and regulations.
Working Conditions
- Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is part of a fast paced environment.
- Working in proper PPE at all times of scheduled shift to sustain GMP model certification.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives

Purpose
The Cure Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Cure department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives to organize and process the dried cannabis product. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Cure Technician will report to the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Supporting the Lead of Cure to organize and process the dried cannabis product. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Post Harvest.
- Operating machinery to sort and trim dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including weigh-ins. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Lead of Cure with instructed requests. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas. Maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest assigned to the Buckeye Lake, OH cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment (scissors,

- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the Post Harvest department areas.
- Contribute and show support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest.

About the role:
The Cure Technician is responsible for processing cannabis flower after harvest. This role will work in conjunction with cultivation to receive plants for processing and trimming to transfer materials to fulfillment. The Cure Tech will monitor all plants during the curing process to ensure clean and safe development within the controlled environment.

Responsibilities:
· A ssist in the final packaging of all flower products. Correct identification and assembly of individual packaging components for bulk stock and appropriate label application on product containers.
· Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
· Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
· Plant monitoring and care with a focus on quality control (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Flower Health, Scouting for pest/disease, Moisture Content, etc.)
· Identify packaging quality control issues including visually inconsistent, damaged, or blemished products and/or packaging.
· Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio-secure work environment.
· Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
· Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Harvest Logs, Yield Tracking Logs, Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.)
· Assist in daily monitoring of flower quality, moisture content, environmental numbers, and water activity.
· Must operate equipment including but not limited to bucking machine, batching machine, and twister.
· Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties at the direction of the Harvest Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Execute day-to-day assignments in coordination with grow operations and cultivation practices including but not limited to harvest prep, de-leafing, drying/curing, burping, sorting, Trimming, batching, labeling, cleaning/sanitizing, data Input/tracking, etc.
· A ssist in the final packaging of all flower products. Correct identification and assembly of individual packaging components for bulk stock and appropriate label application on product containers.
· Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
· Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
· Plant monitoring and care with a focus on quality control (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Flower Health, Scouting for pest/disease, Moisture Content, etc.)
· Identify packaging quality control issues including visually inconsistent, damaged, or blemished products and/or packaging.
· Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio-secure work environment.
· Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
· Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Harvest Logs, Yield Tracking Logs, Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.)
· Assist in daily monitoring of flower quality, moisture content, environmental numbers, and water activity.
· Must operate equipment including but not limited to bucking machine, batching machine, and twister.
· Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties at the direction of the Harvest Manager.
· Maintain detailed tracking/organization of harvest lot weights, batch numbers, and cultivar identification.
· Other projects/tasks, as requested by direct manager.
· Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

The Cure Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Cure department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to organize and process the dried cannabis product. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Cure Technician role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Cure Technician will report to the Supervisors of Cure and Manager of Cure. This role will support the Supervisors and Manager of Cure to guide other Cure department members to achieve objectives effectively.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Cure to guide and train Cure department members to organize and process the dried cannabis product. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Processing.
- Operating machinery to sort and trim dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
- Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including weigh-ins. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the Cure Bay area to Processing rooms.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
- Properly achieving Top Shelf objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Processing department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and strain attributes.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Supervisors of Cure with instructed requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures.
- Be prepared to execute tasks within the Processing department, along with assisting towards company and facility objectives.
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.

- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting

- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags.
Supervision & Job Requirements
- Works under the direct supervision of the Supervisors of Cure and Manager of Cure.
- This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies.
- This position is expected to guide and train associates of the department to help as needed within the duties of the Cure Technician.
Working Conditions

Position Summary: Under direction from the General Manager, the Dry/Cure Tech I is responsible for handling post-harvest cannabis material. He or she shall be responsible for the post-harvest processing of plant material, daily oversight and care of the product through the drying and curing process, running standard production machinery, and assisting with general packaging of products within our production facility.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Coordinate with the harvest team in scheduling harvest, scheduling and space requirements, processes, and plant care.
· Assist handling and transporting all harvested plants from cultivation rooms to the trim room
· Handling, transporting, and disposing of all waste material from dry/cure
· Support for harvest and trim team.
· Monitoring the status of the dry room and all product in the process of drying
· Recording wet and dry weight for all product including flowers and trim
· Overseeing bulk packaging, transfer, and storing in product vault
· Preparation of product for retail and wholesale markets
· Assure daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, facility maintenance, and work schedules
· Oversee accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of products within the production facility. This includes, but is not limited to: finished flower, pre-rolls, cartridges, concentrates, edibles, and other marijuana infused products
· Maintain that all production areas and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times according to standard operating procedures
· Understand and apply the use of Metrc, our seed to sale tracking program
· Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day

· Must be at least 21 years of age and have current Colorado MED badge
· 3+ years’ experience processing cannabis or other botanicals
· 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory preferred

· Must have reliable transportation, with the ability to come on time each day.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Cure Technician maintains quality standards by tending to incoming flower batches; conducting moisture analysis, collecting third-party lab samples, "burping" flower buds, and sorting flower buds to ensure proper execution in production.

- Approves incoming flower batches by confirming specifications; conducting visual and physical verifications for its future eon the production line

Job Title: Cure Technician
Department: Cultivation
Reports to: Cure Manager
FLSA Status: Regular- Non-Exempt
Salary: $13/hourly
Location: Quincy, FL
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Cure Technician maintains quality standards by tending to incoming flower batches; conducting moisture analysis, collecting third-party lab samples, "burping" flower buds, and sorting flower buds to ensure proper execution in production.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approves incoming flower batches by confirming specifications; conducting visual and physical verifications for its future eon the production line
- Documents moisture testing results by completing reports and logs; summarizing, passing, and failing moisture results; inputting data into company databases
- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; re-calibration
- Collects third-party testing samples
- "Burping" flower bins while curing to ensure our product is at the highest potential when sold in dispensaries
- Bud-sorting flower bins upon arrival to production facility
- All other duties assigned as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong reporting skills, ability to conduct and provide data research results
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong inventory control
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Possess knowledge of a cannabis process plant; drying, curing, trimming, etc
- Must be able to handle organic plant/product material daily
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must have valid Florida Driver's Licenser or ability to obtain one
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
