Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the success of CannaCraft by managing the creation of impactful marketing tools and engaging campaigns that represent each brand’s spirit, positive virtues and character to our consumers and dispensary accounts.
The Project Manager role will support the Sales, Marketing and Creative Services departments and is responsible for managing a dynamic list of priorities and ensuring creative projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Project Manager will support our design, web, print, digital and retail marketing projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from project inception to final delivery.
- Manage a dynamic list of priorities and ensure creative projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and distribute several scopes of work and creative briefs each week, coordinate their creation with the design team; manage, organize, and distribute corresponding assets accordingly.
- Manage the design and production workflow and schedule- tracking milestones, looking at volume, velocity, and resources.
- Track hours usage with agency partners and ensure projects and monthly retainers stay within expected scope.
- Identify, develop, and roll-out new processes; develop new tools / automate functions.
- Manage all source design files on Google Drive while implementing standard naming conventions, archiving procedures and folder structures.
- Provide consistent, excellent communication to all relevant parties internally and externally, including directors, brand managers, graphic designers, web developers, printers, third party vendors, and agency partners using clear and informed instructions to take each project from vision to completion.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES - REQUIRED
- 2+ years Project Management experience in the marketing and creative services industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience.
- Strong command of the creative process in both the traditional and digital space.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written)
- Experience working with production teams across multiple departments.
- Experience managing fast-paced projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to innovate, think creatively, and foster dialogue across diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively, make independent judgment/decisions.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES – PREFERRED
- G-Suite knowledge is preferred.
- Asana experience is preferred or comparable project management software.
- Graphic Design and Adobe Suite experience preferred.

- Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- PMP Certification a plus .

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field a plus
- 3 years+ experience in a creatively led agency/studio or in-house agency
- CPG, Health and Wellness and Hemp/Cannabis related experience is preferred but not mandatory

The Creative Traffic Manager (CTM) is a creative problem-solver who will collaborate, inspire, and lead the coordination of projects through various stages of technical discovery, creative development, and production. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor projects, track internal & external communication
- Ensure all resources are available at the start of a project
- Create schedules and project requests
- Manage and track status of each project
- Set task completion dates
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage a creative database/archives
- Proactively identify opportunities to adapt and/or streamline processes for efficiency, and suggests alternative solutions when required due to timeline or budget constraints

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of progressive project management experience

The Creative Manager is responsible for developing and executing multi-platform creative content for ThirtyOne Labs, an industry-leading recreational & medical marijuana company based in Southern California. The Creative Manager works closely with the Marketing Manager to create content that builds the ThirtyOne Labs brand and increases sales. The Creative Manager actively engages with members of the marketing, sales, operations teams, as well as other cross functional departments to ensure effective storytelling and continuity in the company’s marketing message. The Creative Manager adheres to and promotes ThirtyOne Labs’ values by performing these respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of ThirtyOne Labs’ mission and goals.
Compensation:
$75,000 annual salary
Responsibilities:

Manages the creative process from concept to execution.
- Translates marketing objectives and business functions into clear, creative storytelling.
- Develops multi-platform creative content, including but not limited to digital communication, print collateral, short-format video, social media, website, email, and large-format branding.
- Works closely with the Marketing Manager to design outbound email campaign content with a focus on design layout and call to action.
- Develops and manages social media content including design, copywriting, and video.
- Develops all marketing materials in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensures branding guidelines, visual communication and brand standards are adhered to including style, design, and placement.
- Supports creative and public relations agency partners with any necessary graphics, photography, and videography direction.
- Assists with event design and execution as needed.
- Actively engages with cross-functional departments to gain a working knowledge of the industry and internal processes.
- Keeps up with the latest trends of creative and technology in the social and digital space.
- Creates and maintains a marketing materials library to include all collateral in a logical and easily accessible manner; ensures it is continuously up to date.
- Completes all tasks within expected deadlines.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Experience in the cannabis industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service, ability to work in teams, and flexibility
- The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently in order to communicate with coworkers, understand complex written instructions and input required information
- Superior time management skills, including the ability to multitask and simultaneously monitor multiple processes
- At least three years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and a working understanding of HTML/CSS and web browser capabilities, plus strong typography, video, motion graphics and interaction design skills
- Ability to interact with and advise all levels of the organization, including presenting to management

We are searching for a Remote Creative Writer & Product Manager to join our team. We are a burgeoning startup in the cannabis industry and are in need of a product manager who can help us create and organize clients' virtual products and web stores. We are especially looking for someone who shares our passion and vision, is dedicated and driven, and is independent and takes initiative. For this particular position, you must be a high-level, clever, and humorous writer, as well as very organized and detail-oriented.
Since we are a small, agile venture startup, you will be assuming a considerable amount of responsibility, though you will have the chance to be autonomous, as well as become a founding member and make your mark on our company's future. Not only that, but you will be a part of a sandbox environment that is new, exciting, and will reward you in tangible recognition and unique experience.
To be more specific, you will be responsible for utilizing photo-editing platforms/software, SEO platforms, and Wordpress to populate clients' online product archives with product data. You will also be responsible for writing unique, interesting, and SEO-driven product descriptions and blog posts.

- Use Photoshop, Compressor, and Geoimgr to edit product images
- Use Wordpress plugins (e.g. WooCommerce, WCFM Marketplace, Elementor) to populate product archives
- Make sure all order processes run smoothly
- Write SEO-driven (e.g. Google Adwords, Yoast SEO, Ubersuggest) content for products and blog posts that are unique, clever, and interesting
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or study in product management, supply chain management, SEO/digital media, creative writing, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with photo editing and web development platforms preferred
- Strong leadership qualities (e.g. independence, initiative, industriousness)
- Exceptional writing abilities
This job is an internship paid based upon number of products posted. At a rate of $0.50/product and an average of about 300 products/store, compensation will be about $150/store.
