We are searching for a kick-ass team member who is an innovative self-starter that works independently and brings a fresh perspective to a California based lifestyle brand focused on CBD-infused skincare and recreational cannabis products. We want to elevate daily beauty routines and take the guesswork out of partaking in the green goods.
This is a cross-functional, role that is designed to evolve with business growth and is suited to an individual who prefers and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. We are searching for someone who is self-motivated, curious, entrepreneurial and loves to think creatively. Above all, you should be customer-obsessed and have a deep understanding and passion for millennial culture and how it intersects skincare and cannabis.
The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will lead all digital strategy, managing wldkat.com and wldkatca.com with a view to expanding the websites on a global level in beauty and nationally in cannabis.
This person will demand a unique degree of collaboration with the team (social media, influencer marketing, product development teams, and merchandising) to deliver activations and campaigns that not only drive key KPIs but also tell the brand story in a bold and innovative way.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes analytics and strategy has a creative eye and is always up to date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends.

Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create 360 digital-first marketing campaigns to support core products + new product launches
- Build and maintain the digital marketing calendar, executing monthly campaigns to drive acquisition and retention
- Oversee day-to-day inventory and merchandising of WLDKAT.com
- Manage budget, campaign build-outs, and reporting
- Partner with Social Media Manager to create assets and integrate with an omni-channel vision
- Analyze data and campaigns results in Google Analytics to provide ongoing insights
- Maintain knowledge of e-commerce backend, feature integrations, products, and services while also recommending new products and enhancements to improve operational efficiency
- Consistently search for innovation with ongoing site testing (A/B testing, marketing automation) via existing and emerging technology and opportunities. Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices.
- Establish and manage CRM program and asset creation, including weekly email calendar, automated triggers, referral program, auto-replenishment
- Create, forecast and maintain key digital metric reports and dashboards for traffic and acquisition, conversion, spend and revenue forecasts
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field highly desired
- 4+ years’ experience in B2C e-commerce required, ideally in a beauty or fashion environment
- Proven experience in driving scalable and sustainable growth in sales, revenue, and profit through e-commerce
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, acquisition, and retention
- Hands-on experience Shopify (managing and updating products, promotions, content, merchandising, scheduling).
- Experience with Adobe Suite a bonus
- Experience in the beauty & wellness space is highly preferred
- Highly analytical with a passion for utilizing data for increased business success
