We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Inventory Forecaster to join the Team. As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible forecasting inventory planning activities for the corporation. This role is directly responsible for demand forecasting, product planning and inventory data integrity, as well as:
- Forecast inventory on a regular cadence (ie. monthly, quarterly) to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends, historical purchasing behaviors, reoccurring purchasing, seasonal demands, et cetera
- Prepare monthly demand plans for analysis and review lead-time requirements for each corporate subsidiary
- Work with Purchasing Managers and Buyers to execute inventory purchasing orders
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock levels and prevent shortages
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments (ie. sales, fulfillment and procurement)
- Prepare data for monthly planning/buying meetings, including current inventory, customer demand, in-transit products and seasonal trends
- Review stock to sales ratios and respond to changing sales/purchasing trends to ensure plan sales
- Generate all item data and ensure long term data integrity, including cost, pricing, SKU, descriptions, et cetera
- Coordinate inventory flow-through for warehouses
- Develop process to avoid out-of-stock situations, and immediately communicate with procurement and sales management
- Develop ad update limit stock level in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (ie. NetSuite)
- Leverage data for projections on a per item, category, and catalog level using data modeling tools, statistics, regression analysis, et cerate
- Work with Operations and Finance teams to perform item receipt audits, bill audits and others to ensure accurate billing and receiving

- College Diploma in Supply Chain, or Project Management, or Business Administration
- two (2) years experience working within a distribution model/operation
- experience with ERP/Oracle NetSuite, preferred

- good collaboration and team work abilities
- advanced data analysis and data visualization

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Logistics Coordinator to join the Team. As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this position is responsible for organizing and coordinating the supply chain in order to move products, and facilitating communication between procurement and shipping/receiving to promote an efficient supply chain of products. Specifically:
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
- Manage activities through the transportation cycle to ensure established deadlines are met; coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments; communicate with transportation carriers to ensure prompt collection and delivery of shipments
- Coordinate the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
- Prepare accurate bills of lading in a timely manner
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Perform special shipping arrangements, as necessary
- Track and repair shipping errors
- Continually review freight costs, transportation rates and/or price of raw materials to manage costs; work within a standard/set distribution and shipping budget
- Work with Procurement and Operations departments to develop processes that allow supply chain to be more efficient and organized
- Work with Receiving Lead to coordinate inbound freight, ie. pallet transportation coordination
- Make arrangements for shipments and customs/duty organization
- Act as the point person for shipments and brokerage invoices and customs documents; identify and determine solutions for issues with cross-border duty payments and levies
- Act as the subject matter expert for shipment of classified dangerous goods (HAZMAT)
- Work with Warehouse Manager and Fulfillment Lead to develop processes that allow supply chain to be more efficient and organized
- Perform rate shopping for outbound freight; identify solutions and cost-savings
- Be the subject matter export for matters relating to international export; prepare all paperwork for exporting
- Act as point of contact for carriers; negotiate pricing, claims handling (ie. lost shipping, insurance)
