About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this performs a variety of duties related to merchandise warehousing and order fulfillment. This role is specifically responsible for:
- opening and unpacking received shipments for inventory control and stocking
- offloading, weighing, data entering and transferring received materials
- preparing, identifying and tracking all required documentation for processing incoming shipments
- investigating incoming inventory discrepancy, damaged materials
- reading and deciphering purchase orders
- locating and collecting (“picking”) merchandise from shelves and storage areas
- reviewing, packing and shipping merchandise for delivery using company standard operating procedures with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- finalizing purchase orders and updating the database
- loading merchandise to delivery vehicles
- offloading delivery vehicles transporting merchandise into the warehouse; arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
- counting and inspecting merchandise for damage, flaws and irregularities
- participating in inventory-cycle counts
- assist in the warehouse organization and cleaning duties
- other duties as assigned or required for successful operation

About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this performs a variety of duties related to merchandise warehousing and order fulfillment. This role is specifically responsible for:
- opening and unpacking received shipments for inventory control and stocking
- offloading, weighing, data entering and transferring received materials
- preparing, identifying and tracking all required documentation for processing incoming shipments
- investigating incoming inventory discrepancy, damaged materials
- reading and deciphering purchase orders
- locating and collecting (“picking”) merchandise from shelves and storage areas
- reviewing, packing and shipping merchandise for delivery using company standard operating procedures with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- finalizing purchase orders and updating the database
- loading merchandise to delivery vehicles
- offloading delivery vehicles transporting merchandise into the warehouse; arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
- counting and inspecting merchandise for damage, flaws and irregularities
- participating in inventory-cycle counts
- assist in the warehouse organization and cleaning duties
- other duties as assigned or required for successful operation

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position provides support to the Sales and Distribution Teams through signing and implementing database and administration functions in accordance to end users information needs, and plays a critical, hands-on role in our mission to be ‘First Choice’ for our customers. Under the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for monitoring Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) system performance, implementing software upgrades, and troubleshooting issues that arise. Also responsible for:
* designing, managing and sustaining data integrity practices for the organization
* providing internal, ongoing systems/technical support to ERP users including training and standard operating procedure (SOP) development
* providing continued support for configurations and implementations for existing and new bundles relating to CRM, Advanced Supply Chain, Manufacturing (Production Routing, WIP) as well as NetSuite OneWorld releases
* liaising with key managers in order to capture pertinent data
* actively monitoring and acting on reports to progress data providers through the compliance process
* identifying and suggesting changes to improve current systems and processes to meet the changing needs of the business
* participating in department projects and initiatives, including generic data requests, as required
* developing and maintaining competent industry and product related knowledge
* managing new and existing data for more than 10,000 products, including UPC standards, billing compliance, net dimensions and product weight
* developing/maintaining a workflow to capture core data for new and historical products
* capturing specialized data for ad hoc reporting
