QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one (1) year of retail cannabis experience is desired. Pleasant personality and exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Must be 21 years of age or older and holds a current Colorado MED and MMJ Badge.
Must be detail oriented and able to adapt to changing environments and priorities. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work productively and meet expectations in a timely fashion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBIITIES:
· Conducts the day-to-day operations within the store based on the Retail Sales Associate Training Checklist and Retail Sales Associate Training Guide and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Conduct opening and closing procedures
o Provide customer reception and ID checking procedures
o Follow visitor sign-in procedures
o Make sales, recommending solutions and new products
o Ensure the accuracy of cash-handling, sales transactions and debit transactions
o Process online orders
o Present daily deals, happy hour and special promotions
o Check mail, email and voicemail
o Participate in morning report and end of day report
· Ensures store cleanliness and appropriate appearance
· Conducts basic inventory (First In/First Out, Receiving, Restocking, Safe Tracking, METRC Tags)
· Utilizes functions of the Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Tracking System (METRC)
· Utilizes in-house marketing materials and resources including but not limited to:
o Visual Merchandising, Daily Menus, Canva and Avery
o Weedmaps and Cannasaver updates
o Functions/Promotion of RMH Loyalty Program
· Understands basic compliance (e.g. rules, transfer/dosage limits, wearing valid MED badge) requirements
· Adheres to RMH Policies and Procedures (e.g. Employee Handbook)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Store Manager position is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the store which includes training, directing and monitoring staff as well as performing administrative duties. This position is responsible for adhering to regulatory standards of the State of Colorado and internal policies, procedures and protocols created by Rocky Mountain High.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Retail Store Manager position requires intermittent physical activity of lifting and carrying objects up to 30 pounds. Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, squatting, crouching, and kneeling. Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day, walk up to 4 hours per day, possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is a plus. A minimum of two (2) years of retail management experience is required. Cannabis management experience is desired. Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a current MED badge.
Must have excellent planning skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to adapt to changing environments and priorities. Must be a self-starter with the ability to meet benchmarks and goals in a timely fashion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBIITIES:
- Perform basic personnel administration duties including interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, assigning work, scheduling, disciplining, and dismissing of employees as per your RMH supervisor’s assessment and approval.
- Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations. Coach and motivate the team members to top performance and exceptional customer service.
- Complete administrative tasks related to timecard approval, employee evaluations, pay increases, promotions, vendor invoice approval and submission, etc.
- Mediate conflict resolution between employees and/or customers.
- Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved with in RMH guidelines and standards. Remove problematic and disgruntle customers from premises when necessary.
- Oversee and manage vendor relations and procedures in accordance with RMH protocol (i.e. Accounting, Upper Management approval).
- Oversee and assist in daily store operations in accordance with the RMH Standard Operating Procedures.
- Drive financial performance of the store by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures. Provide direction and guidance to all employees on company programs and strategic initiatives.
- Adhere to regulatory standards of the State of Colorado and internal RMH policies.
- Oversee merchandise and inventory are at the levels needed, pricing, coupons, etc., via the inventory software program (Green Bits) and ensure the presentation of merchandise is per RMH guidelines and standards.
- Ensure daily operations of sales, packaging, logging of product, transferring of product, ordering product and supplies, money handling and cash reconciliation, daily reporting of sales, weekly inventory reconciliation, project tracking, etc., are compliant with RMH protocols.
- Serve as a liaison to the local community, attend local city council meetings and local community events which pertain to the cannabis industry.

We have multiple retail entities and grow/production locations throughout the state of Colorado.The Compliance Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the compliance department in order to ensure proper adherence to applicable federal, state, city and town laws, ordinances, and regulations. This person will be responsible for developing policies, procedures and best practices to promote compliance both within the company as well as to our rapidly expanding customer base. Please have a demonstrated background in compliance and licensing work in the marijuana industry.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly conduct thorough compliance, operations, and inventory audits at all store and grow operations.
- Investigate and resolve compliance infractions, including acting as a liaison with city and state agencies in the event of a violation
- Work with staff to make appropriate changes to policies and procedures following internal audits.
- Remain current on all related industry-related regulations
- Periodically train all staff in compliance rules and regulations
- Generate regular company compliance status reports
