The Intake Position is the initial first point of contact for our Dispensaries. So, you set the tone! It is imperative that all patients and customers are greeted, both in-person and over-the-phone, with a positive and warm welcome.
Must have strong customer service skills, a great outgoing attitude, along with a stellar work ethic. The Intake team member is also responsible for the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
Budtenders are responsible for customer experience, which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service.
You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences. As a critical part of the business operation, the Budtender will have the most interaction with the store’s patrons.
Must be outgoing, passionate, and very knowledgeable on the products and cannabis. Budtenders also assist the Management Team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients and customers on-site and over the phone by having an optimistic attitude and welcoming personality
- Process-in patients and customers by validating identification and enter information securely entered in our POS system
- Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, checking-in patients, and updating patient files
- Provide all new patients/customers with a brief explanation of services
- Become well-educated with all cannabis products offered and/ or be willing to learn
- Must be educated on all marijuana and products offered
- Manage all visitor access of vendors, contractors, etc., partnered with the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Act as liaison to all departments on security needs
- Motivated to learn and execute new tasks during downtime
- All other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Auditor works directly under the Compliance Manager. Compliance with internal and state regulations is critical to the business operation. The Auditor will work at the direction and discretion of the compliance manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute physical inventory count, cycle count and destruction quarantine count.
- Maintain all logs and proper documentation as directed by compliance manager in real time.
- Execute the destruction process as directed by the Compliance Manager in strict adherence to state protocols
- Execute all Metrc/Leaflogix adjustments as directed.
- Compliance auditor will report directly to the Compliance Manager and will take direction and additional duties as necessary
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment. Six months of experience in inventory tracking required
- Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility. Must be able to secure Nevada Agent Card Registration with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to use a computer for extended periods of time
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment
- Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. (Typical Shift is 4:00am-12:30pm)

The Trimmer is primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the marijuana plant trimming of in preparation for distribution.
Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Hand trim guard and/or sugar leaves from marijuana plants before the drying process using sheers, scissors etc
- Operate a trimming machine to remove guard and/or sugar leaves from cannabis
- Manicure live marijuana plants to encourage better growth
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to "waste" for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to "useable by-product" (trim) to the MIP.
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- Take instructions and help out on tasks delegated by master and assistant growers
- Work in a quick and efficient manner
- Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Marijuana Agent Card before first day of work. Fingerprints will cost $150.00
- Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Nevada Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division

Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant will support the organization in all personnel, payroll, employment and state and local compliance issues. The Human Resources Assistant will support and value the contributions and potential of every individual and believes that people matter to the success of the organization.
- Work with supervisors to support hiring or termination needs
- Assist in recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and telephone interviews
- Handle all new employee on-boarding, paperwork and time clock set-up. Schedule necessary new employee training, including processing NV State Marijuana Agent cards.
- Enter all employee data and updates as needed, maintaining all employee files
- Work with supervisors to administer personnel reviews and corrective actions, to ensure that any employee issues are addressed quickly and efficiently
- Track employee insurance eligibility, training and review periods
- Schedule regular employee meetings
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, company policies and procedures as needed, review on quarterly basis, creating or editing policy as needed
- Work with Workers’ Comp provider to maintain company Safety plan, and schedule employee training as needed for compliance
- Manage relationship with benefits providers and coordinate employee sign-ups
- Process payroll on semi-monthly schedule to include payroll data management, collection, adjustment and input, all wage garnishments, paycheck deductions and PTO requests
- Check payroll tax compliance, to ensure that taxes are being paid appropriately by payroll processing company or internally
- Visit all remote company sites as HR representative, as company grows
- Accounts payable and billing duties as necessary
- Direct activities of the Safety Committees. Assign or delegate responsibility for specific work or functional activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or 3 (three) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. HR certification preferred.

- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
