- Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.

- Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working as a Budtender.
- A valid marijuana worker's permit or license.

Job Overview
Cultivation staff provides daily care of the medical cannabis plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to properly processing product for transportation. Cultivation staff will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes defoliating, topping, trimming, cleaning systems, and any other duties related to the grow process. Cultivation staff will assist with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing, destemming, trimming, and packaging of the plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s standard operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily care of medical cannabis plants, including inspecting the plants, creating crop reports, pruning, defoliating, and training the plants
- Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation.
- Assist with de-foliating and harvesting the medical cannabis plants, including hanging, curing, and drying the plants.
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility, equipment, and machinery; dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
- Accurate tracking and recording of grow data during each phase of the cultivation process.
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Carefully follow directions as provided by the Cultivation Manager.
- Willingness to continue to learn best practices of medical cannabis cultivation with a strong interest in horticulture, agriculture, and biochemistry
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in plant science, horticulture, agriculture, or related field (biochemistry, biology, etc) is preferred, but not necessary. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong desire to work in cultivation or agriculture and a willingness to quickly learn about mastering the process of growing high quality medical cannabis plants.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
