Full Job Description
Reports to: Director of Operations
Responsibilities
- Review sales orders, invoices, purchase orders for accuracy.
- Use online portals such as Director Teletrac, Sage Intacct, and Peak 360 WMS to track and manage orders and requests. Thus, assisting managing daily processing of outbound orders using WMS, TMS, SFA, and ERP software.
- Assist creating daily routes for drivers and plan weekly customer deliveries and payments.
- Manage the day to day workflow of orders, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency and a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Liaison with other departments including Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Fulfillment.
- Establish and maintain solid communication and relationships with other department managers to ensure matters of escalation are addressed with urgency and resolved to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Manage the day to day workflow of the department, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency and a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
- Reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for the Director of Operations.
- Liaison with other departments including Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Fulfillment
- Researches customer complaints and ensures their satisfaction with prompt action and thorough follow-up.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Director of Operations.
Requirements
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, distribution, e-commerce, or relevant role required.
- 2+ years in Data entry experience
- Experience using Order Management solutions required.
- Experience using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, or other solutions preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication style and a comfort level dealing with customers & other internal groups via phone & email.
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Cannabis Knowledge is preferred
- A high level of personal organization and self-initiative.

We are currently looking for a proactive and skilled Sales Manager to help us finetune the sales strategy, get the business up and running, and build & lead the sales team. This position will work closely with the COO in order to develop a business plan for sales and roll out the strategy. The Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the sales team, developing the market segmentation, assigning territories, generating and managing key accounts, as well as implementing a CRM & Sales Automation platform. The Sales manager will also develop and control the SOPs and KPIs in the sales department and other crucial tasks related to the department. This is a leadership position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
