VIBE Cannabis ("VIBE") is looking for an energetic Sales Representative, reporting directly to the CEO, to be a key member of its growing team. This sales role will focus on covering the Kansas City metropolitan area as well as surrounding regions. VIBE currently operates a brand new buildout of a 100,000 SF state-of-the-art cultivation and manufacturing facility is located in St. Louis, MO. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Establish and manage sales relationships with dispensary clients, manufacturing clients, and patients
- Create demand for the company products
- Determine and execute effective sales strategies
- Schedule and attend pop-up sales events at participating dispensaries
- Generate sales and marketing ideas for products, promotional materials, and SWAG
- Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure sales efforts are in line with objectives
- Distribute weekly product offering menus and provide technical product information
- Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Negotiate details of contracts and payments
- Travel to clients on a regular basis
- Receive, report, and adapt to customer feedback

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its products
- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques

Position Summary/Objective
VIBE Cannabis is seeking a hard working, self motivated individual for the role of Facility Upkeep Technician. This position is responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of our 100,000 square foot facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This position will report directly to the Facility Maintenance Director with a goal of keeping our facility in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities

Facility Upkeep and Cleaning (dusting, moping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc..) of all;
- Bathrooms
- Hallways
- Breakrooms

Production Rooms
- Trash organization and removal from all areas including;
- Break down of all cardboard

Break down of all pallets
- Restock all facility consumables;
- Toilet Paper
- Paper Towels
- Gloves
- Hairnets

Shoe Booties
- Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in operating a forklift preferred
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail.

- Skilled on safe use or power tools, wrenches, and other shop equipment.

Position Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
- Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
- Duties included, but are not limited to fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products.
- Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
- Maintain best agricultural practices.
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)
- High School Diploma
- Able to work in loud areas.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
- Able to work in low oxygen areas.
- Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.

- At least 21 years of age
- Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
