We are looking to add our first few sales reps to help us extend our brands reach in the new year. We are located in Denver, Colorado . This is a rare ground floor opening and will have real upside opportunities for strong producers and those that can add value to our young company. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to truly impact the development of our company's growth and will see the benefits of the work and not just in your paycheck.
This position has a very high commission structure for the right candidates that start out with us. With continuous recurring commissions on reorders. You will have a product line of Colorado grown, extracted and produced CBD, CBN, CBC, CBDA, CBG tinctures, topicals and honey that are both full spectrum with the 50 state legal amount of .03% THC and true 0% THC offerings that are designed for those that need relief but have to take urine tests for THC. We created these offerings after years of working in the Cannabis space and seeing the benefits of cannabinoids. We have years of experience in formulating and creation of these types of products. Along with offerings for Pets and more skus coming in 2022. Our company is owned by entrepreneurs that believe in hard work but also taking time for life and our families. We work to live not live to work.
This is a perfect opportunity for a sales professional that wants to take control of their income and their future. This position can even be performed successfully on the road. Qualified Candidates will need to have or learn the following as well as meet these goals.
- 3 years or more of experience in B2B Sales or equivalent experience
- The ability to qualify potential candidates that will be able to sell our products while building a relationship so that the account becomes a long lasting retail partner.
- You will need to have the organizational skill set and business development techniques to build your work week, set appointments, perform product presentations and close qualified customers.
- Hunter mindset with the drive to grow your own book of business. .
- We will ask you to become an expert on our products and the segments into which we can sell into.
- Establish strong relationships with prospective customers using various prospecting and business development techniques.
- Create and implement a sales plan for your region to maintain a high level contacts and to increase productivity.
- Have the ability to work the phones and you must love the phone as this job will be largely based on phone work and will need to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Host “pop ups” at your new accounts to help support their sales here in CO or your local area.
- Work with the ownership and sales director to increase sales and refine weekly and monthly sales goals
- Experience with CRM tools. Fresh sales experience is a plus
- You must be able to work remotely and independently. You will have direct access to one of the owners and lots of information but this is a self starter job as we can not go out w.
- Have a win/win sales oriented mindset
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
