Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Help operate and maintain a computerized inventory control system.
- File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Responsible for maintaining all work areas clean and free of debris; responsible for the daily walk-through to assure that all areas are safe and acceptable to begin daily assignments.

This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal compliance monitoring by working closely with internal business operations to assist in the successful execution of compliance plans and industry standards. This position will also act as the primary liaison between local and state compliance agencies and the company. A cannabis distribution company is searching for a qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position requires a background that includes accounts receivable, collections, and the handling and processing of customer payments.
This role will be responsible for accounts receivable collections, investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies, maintaining accounts receivable record, logging the payments, creating new customer and vendor accounts in the system.
The right candidate will be extremely detail oriented, able to work cross functionally with multiple departments and has strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting receivables and uploading payment into client’s account
- Communicating with customers to arrange payments
- Scheduling payment pick up appointments with account and coordinating with Operations team
- Approving net terms for new and existing customers
- Developing and managing close professional relationships with customers’ Accounts Payable department
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records, databases and updating systems as needed
- Monitoring and enforcing credit limits for customers with approved credit
- Working closely with Sales team to resolve customer disputes / credit situations
- Investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
- Verification and posting of payments
- Analyzing incoming payments to determine proper application
- Processing Credit Requests
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field preferred
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a similar job function.
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Office or G-Suite and Gmail.
- The ability to effectively perform under a heavy-volume, time-constraints environment.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Experienced with customer database/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets
- SalesForce/FinancialForce experience preferred

This position will manage compliance efforts across all California company locations and requires a wide variety of skills. The right candidate will be extremely detail oriented and able to work cross functionally with multiple departments.
This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal compliance monitoring by working closely with internal business operations to assist in the successful execution of compliance plans and industry standards. This position will also act as the primary liaison between local and state compliance agencies and the company. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry and will be responsible for staying current with policies and applicable state regulations impacting institutional compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, initiate, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the business.
- Prepare reports, procedural documents, forms, and permit/license applications.
- Ensure all corporate mandates, compliance, and laws are followed.
- Conduct regulatory compliance reviews.
- Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.
- Take action in dealing with non-compliant situations whilst creating realistic plans to overcome them.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliant situations.
- Work cross functionally to effectively communicate with employees to ensure all staff is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.
- When applicable, educate team on any regulatory requirements including changes, updates, or modifications which may impact their day-to-day responsibilities and interactions with clients.
- Interact directly with local and state regulators; investigate issues, process paperwork, and furnish Department of Cannabis Control license paperwork as needed.
- Interact with internal staff and clients on regulatory matters.
- Provide support for Government audits.
- Respond to employee questions or concerns regarding compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred; or relevant work experience of 5+ years.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing quality control internal audits.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Must have previous experience working with a wide variety of US federal, state and local government entities.
- Strong project and time management skills, including ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous professional experience working in a position that requires knowledge of CA cannabis regulations is a plus.
- Travel required.

- Act as the point of contact between a busy CEO and his internal/external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Draft/proof correspondence
- Schedule meetings
- Receive and organize communications with vendors
- Review monthly reports and synthesize information for management
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Maintain calendar
- Client contact maintenance
- Manage all travel
- Perform certain social media and content marketing tasks
- Errands as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Be a self-starter that takes initiative in every task
- Able to flourish in high-volume work environment and work well under pressure
- Be flexible and able to pivot to multiple tasks as needed
- Passion for the cannabis industry a plus
- Strong computer proficiency; Microsoft Office/Excel skills required
- Proven work experience as a personal or administrative assistant preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- A solid understanding or background in numbers or analyses of reporting is preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- College graduate preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older

Come join our team! A local cannabis distribution company is looking for a pre-roll and flower Production Associate who will be responsible for weighing, packaging,and labeling cannabis products. The packaging team assists with all aspects of preparing cannabis for sale once it is ready to be packaged.
Please be a positive, team player who is able to work well within a fast-paced, group environment. Manufacturing/production experience is preferred, but not required.
Required:
-Must be 21 years of age or older
-Willing and able to follow direction
-Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time
-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
-Detail oriented and organized
-Efficient with time management
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
-Able to pass a background check
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
