The compensation will be a generous commission of 11% commission only or a base with commission for the right candidate. A good rep should earn $100,000 a year or more.
Tivus is a premier cultivator and a top tier live resin and concentrate manufacturer. We cultivate and sell top shelf indoor flower and dabable products including shatter, badder, crumble, sauce and diamonds. We have just gone live with our newest product line focusing on live resin diamond sauce. We are looking for driven Sales Representatives for San Diego, Palm Springs, the greater Coachella Valley, and the inland empire.
- 1+ years’ of outside sales is highly preferred.
- 1+ years in consumer product sales, selling premium brands is preferred.
Sales Reps should expect to spend 75%+ on the road setting meetings, making initial contact, signing new accounts, building and maintaining relationships, running Patient Appreciation Days, running bud tender trainings, and relaying all important information regarding the climate of the industry to the Sales Director.

Open New Accounts:
- Generate qualified leads by means of web research, attending expos, events, networking, etc.
- Travel to retail stores to present our products and introduce the company to managers and buyers.
- Assess customer needs, answer questions, and assist with the ordering process.
- Follow leads as provided by the office team.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Grow current accounts by additional product offering as they become available.
Customer Service:
- Develop relationships with retail store owners, managers and staff.
- Communicate a deep understanding of the many advantages of our products.
- Support stores post-sale.
- Promote our brand to customers and the industry at all public venues.
- Assess customer needs, answer questions and assist with the ordering process.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams in order to deliver product to new and existing clients in agreed upon timeline.
Accountability:
- Reports directly to the Sales Director.
- Work closely with the Sales team to communicate all sales related activities including travel schedule, prospect lists, and event participation and dispensary demonstration calendars.
- Develop reports pertaining to sales activities for management and update them weekly.
Compensation and Expectations of hours:
Sales Representatives are expected to work full time, 40 hours a week.
Other:
- Sales Representatives must dress and present yourself with the highest level of professionalism so as to leave a positive impression at all meetings and with all store employees. No need for a tie, but dress appropriately
Required Qualifications:
- Be an enthusiastic advocate for the cannabis industry and specifically for our products.
- Possess proven customer service and people skills.
- Have a minimum of 1 year directly related experience, preferably with a brand name product, or in the cannabis industry.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Provide own reliable transportation for sales calls and maintain a clean driving record.

Must be willing to relocate to Southern California. Tivus is a top tier concentrate manufacturer and is expanding into edibles in the new location of beach close Costa Mesa, Ca. We currently produce and sell top shelf products including shatter, batter, crumble, sauce and diamonds. Our edibles will include cookies, chocolates and gummies to start.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Create a wide variety of edible cannabis products such as cookies, chocolates, gummies, etc…
· Utilize specialized equipment to produce cannabis infused edibles.
· Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory record.
· Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
· Follow health code standards and procedures.
Education & Requirements:
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Degree relating to culinary arts is preferred.
· 2+ years experience in the culinary industry.
· Cannabis experience is preferred but not required..
· Strong work ethic
· Creative and have a great palate for flavors.
· Must have the ability to pass a stringent CA cannabis background check.
