Our Operations Division, also referred to as Commonwealth Alternative Care is a market Leader in the cultivation, processing, production, distribution and sale of a wide variety of cannabis products.? We currently operate two dispensaries in Taunton and Brockton, MA, and have a license to open one more in Cambridge, MA.? In addition, through distribution arrangements we have placed our products and those of hundreds of strategic partners, into 50% of the dispensaries in MA.
The Facility Custodian is responsible for the safe, professional, reliable, efficient, environmentally-sound, and cost-effective maintenance of the facilities. The Facility Custodian ensures all assigned areas of the facility are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained at the highest standards. The ideal candidate is able to work effectively with minimal supervision and be a self-starter with initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure high quality operations
- Support the activities of the Facilities Management staff, other personnel or contractors to ensure effective and efficient cleaning and service/special event support
- Sweep, mop, wax and floors, corridors, and stairs. Restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed. Empty waste baskets, collect and dispose of rubbish and recycling
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean glass, dust, and clean other surfaces to prepare building for occupancy and to maintain them at an acceptable level
- Move furniture and arrange and set-up/break-down chairs, tables and other equipment as necessary
- Perform seasonal tasks as needed, including but not limited to shoveling, clearing snow & ice from walks, stairs, pathways, and roads, and being available for emergencies and scheduled "off-hour" work as needed
- Must be able to work as a team member with other personnel including staff, contractors.
- Assist peers and new hires in learning about the business and equipment to enhance understanding

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Conditions will vary from indoor, outdoor, and field environments in all weather conditions
- Ability to consistently stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day, frequent & repeated bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds, and occasionally lift over fifty (50+) pounds
- Ability to work a fully flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Works with chemical cleaning agents daily

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and shipping merchandise or materials; receiving, unpacking, delivering, managing the receiving log; verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products. The Receiving Clerk will perform basic receiving duties and delivery of packages to their owners as well as PPE and cleaning supplies inventory management. The Receiving Clerk will be relied upon to assist other departments as needed; in particular, the facilities department. The ideal candidate can work effectively with minimal supervision, have high attention to detail, and be a self-starter with initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and TILT’s Director of Purchasing for Cannabis Operations to ensure high quality operations
- Maintain a high level of morale and enthusiasm to assist the team
- Spearhead efforts in creating processes and procedures for the department
- Count, weigh or measure items, and verify all packing slips of incoming shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records
- Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items
- Responsible for outgoing package shipments
- Assist the Corporate Development Team with brand partner packaging deliveries
- Route items to various individuals and departments and direct to storage as required to maintain an accurate inventory of stores items and their storage locations (16, MOD, etc.)
- Examine incoming shipments to ensure they are accurate and in good condition
- Check-in inbound inventory and administer the processing
- Responsible for monitoring the returns process
- Assist management in recycling material in the facility
- Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide facility information as requested
- Perform regular material audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the facility (16 & 30 Mozzone)
- Work as a team member with other personnel including staff and contractors

The PSA directly impacts the experience of our customers, providing them with education and top-notch customer service. More than cashiers, they must be able to educate and build relationships with our customers and take all necessary steps to enhance the experience of every patient. A successful PSA must be friendly, professional, responsible, well-spoken individual. The role requires an enthusiastic people-person that is eager to learn and passionate about cannabis. Successful PSAs must be able to multi-task in a face paced, high-volume, constantly changing environment while ensuring that all transactions and store relations remain compliant with all local and state regulations. The position requires constant patient interaction, problem solving, and efficient communication in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve patient conflict with a calm and professional demeanor
- Communicate with Management and/or Coworkers when product is running low so that it can be restocked accordingly
- Work with others to create a positive environment for our patients and customers

The Sales Floor Lead is responsible for setting the example of an “ideal retail associate/PSA”. They will support senior store leadership by overseeing the sales floor and ensuring smooth opening and closing processes of the store. The Sales Floor Lead will help maximize sales and profit by assisting Patient Assistant Associates (PSA’s) through coaching and training with constructive feedback and daily observations. They will maintain the flow of the store by restocking products, providing change, and interacting with PSA’s and customers throughout the day to help drive sales and service levels. The ideal candidate has a passion for people and a relentless drive to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help clean and delegate cleaning tasks
- Restock sales floor and PSA stations throughout the day
- Verify employees have completed side work and restocked their register stations at the end of each night
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for individual budtenders and the store
- Schedule lunches and breaks each day for the PSA’s using the break and lunch schedule template
- Monitor sales throughout the day, communicate findings to team, and drive enthusiasm to achieve
- Receive and enter any incoming product in a timely and accurate manner.
- Distribute change and handle cash without error
- Provide customer discounts when appropriate in a judicious manner
- Organize and manage patient files and member paperwork
- Keep track of expiring products through Google Calendar or similar approved program
- Help with visual merchandising by maintaining store displays
- Provide staff with positive coaching and up-selling techniques
- Provide customer conflict resolution
- Monitor customer flow & react to any issues that could detract from a positive customer experience
- Perform daily observations on PSA’s and provide feedback communicate clearly with all customers and coworkers
- Ensure PSA compliance with all State and Company regulations on sales floor at-all-times
- Check employee badges before each shift to ensure compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21+
- 1+ years retail, sales experience and/or customer service experience is required
- 1+ years in a high-volume, fast paced environment is preferred
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent military experience
- Previous employment in a Cannabis facility or relevant inventory experience (preferred)
- Intermediate understanding of computer functions including POS, e-mail, and office
- Previous leadership experience with direct reports
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong understanding of inventory with strict attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commonwealth Alternative Care is in search of motivated individuals that are able to work in a growing and fast paced environment. Post-Harvest Technicians will be responsible for processing cannabis plants through the bucking, trimming/manicuring, curing, and testing processes. Processing cannabis is a detail-oriented job that requires hard work, passion, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to process dried cannabis carefully and efficiently to keep production levels to satisfy the needs of our patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
At CAC, our Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Stay up to date and comply with industry compliance standards set forth by the state of Massachusetts
- Always adhere to all safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Showing up each day being dependable, professional, and ready to work their entire scheduled shift.
- Sanitizing and cleaning of workstations, may also include grow/dry rooms.
- Carefully and efficiently trim at least two pounds of dry cannabis by the end of each shift.
- Buck cannabis from stalks while maintaining the integrity of the flower and removal/process of wasted material.
- Maintain proper inventory, adjustments, and allocations of harvest batches to uphold accuracy within the state mandated tracking program.
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner
- Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted. Filling out paperwork to record all data and verifying that the recorded data is accurate.
- Communicate any abnormalities (mold, seeds, pests, etc.) found within the product to a manager or supervisor.
- Accountability for any product worked on throughout the shift.
- Continue education of marijuana strains, products, and general industry knowledge on downtime.
- Help create a proactive and positive environment; having a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce a high-quality manicured product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of medical/recreational marijuana laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state/CCC.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic knowledge on how to use a scale.
- Analyzing material/products for any abnormalities.

The Sales Floor Lead is responsible for setting the example of an “ideal retail associate/PSA”. They will support senior store leadership by overseeing the sales floor and ensuring the smooth opening and closing processes of the store. The Sales Floor Lead will help maximize sales and profit by assisting Patient Assistant Associates (PSA’s) through coaching and training with constructive feedback and daily observations. Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager or department lead, the Cultivation Technician will perform manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. Our Operations Division, also referred to as Commonwealth Alternative Care is a market leader in the cultivation, processing, production, distribution and sale of a wide variety of cannabis products. We currently operate two dispensaries in Taunton and Brockton, MA, and have a license to open one more in Cambridge, MA. In addition, through distribution arrangements we have placed our products and those of hundreds of strategic partners, into 50% of the dispensaries in MA.
Packaging Inventory Specialist separates, weighs, packages, seals, and labels various cannabis products. The Packaging Inventory Specialist will primarily ensure all packaging inventory is maintained in an organized fashion and set up for production each day based on the needs of the Packaging Team. Additionally, they will ensure operable inventory levels to maintain ongoing day to day activities and productivity in the packaging department.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring appropriate ordering and inventory levels for packaging inventory as needed and directed by the Packaging Manager
- Accurately weigh and package cannabis products, while paying close attention to detail for quality.
- Complete packaging, and paperwork duties with consistency and exactness.
- Ensure all packaging and labels are compliant with State/County laws.
- Apply accurate labels to all cannabis products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow specific instructions according to company policies.
- Communicate with management and team throughout projects.
- Self-motivation and initiative for tasks that need completion.
- Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations, access/security protocols, dress codes, and schedules.
- Perform quality control and identify nonconforming materials.
- Confirm that information such as the “Packaged On” date are correct before printing POS labels.
- Ensure fill sheets are filled out completely and accurately before uploading to Production Queue.
- Ensure tote labels are filled out accurately.
- Complete second counts on all designated projects.

The Sales Floor Lead is responsible for setting the example of an “ideal retail associate/PSA”. They will support senior store leadership by overseeing the sales floor and ensuring the smooth opening and closing processes of the store. The Sales Floor Lead will help maximize sales and profit by assisting Patient Assistant Associates (PSA’s) through coaching and training with constructive feedback and daily observations. They will maintain the flow of the store by restocking products, providing change, and interacting with PSA’s and customers throughout the day to help drive sales and service levels. The ideal candidate has a passion for people and a relentless drive to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Help clean and delegate cleaning tasks
- Restock sales floor and PSA stations throughout the day
- Verify employees have completed side work and restocked their register stations at the end of each night
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for individual budtenders and the store
- Schedule lunches and breaks each day for the PSA’s using the break and lunch schedule template
- Monitor sales throughout the day, communicate findings to team, and drive enthusiasm to achieve

Quality & Financial

Laboratory Technician - Extraction - (Taunton) - Tilt Holdings

POSITION SUMMARY
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for navigating day-to-day laboratory operations. Under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager, Lab Technicians will use various extraction methods including ethanol, hydrocarbon, and supercritical CO2 with the goal of optimizing lab procedures and producing consistent, safe, and quality products. Communication skills, organization, attention to safety, detail and time management are essential skills for this role. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve processes and core functions
- Effectively communicate projects, and findings to area leadership

The Retail Merchandise Buyer will support day-to-day merchant activities of the Massachusetts market. Navigating a fast-paced demand environment, the Associate Buyer will primarily support the execution of orders across the state. The primary function of the Retail Merchandise Buyer is to purchase strategic assortments for assigned classifications that will set the bar in the cannabis marketplace and maximize sales and profitability. They will leverage their knowledge of cannabis and buying experience to curate a best-in-class product assortment and promotional offering for CAC retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Execute variable orders across the state from both internal and external vendors on a weekly/biweekly basis
- Communicate to and develop strong relationships with vendors to ensure product assortment and pricing is accurately reflected in-store and online
- Leverage vendor relationships to research product pricing and enter into pricing negotiations with Vendors as necessary
- Partner with the Marketing team to ensure promotions are executed and messaged effectively and accurately across all stores
- Identify assortment gaps based on SKU count and inventory level targets in collaboration wit the inventory and retail teams. Develop a curated assortment that supports the needs of CAC’s diverse customer base.
- Monitor and update vault capacity targets by store, including working with store teams to ensure targets are accurate and future orders are within the optimal inventory levels
- Own programming of promotions, everyday pricing changes, and catalog management support
- Collaborate and communicate with store teams on a frequent basis with updates on product assortment, pricing, promotions, vendor deliveries and in-store events as well as assuring the assortment maximizes sales potential
- Produce ad-hoc comparative analysis reporting to better understand the drivers of business performance
- Resolve discrepancies with vendor invoices, purchase orders, and manifests
- Identify data discrepancies between reporting tools and POS systems

POSITION SUMMARY

Little Beach Harvest LLC (“Little Beach Harvest” or “LBH”), owned by the Shinnecock Indian Nation (“Shinnecock”), has partnered with TILT Holdings Inc. JOB SUMMARY
As a critical member of the Corporate Development Team, the Brand and Product Director will aid in the overall execution plan for product launch efforts across all TILT markets. Working closely with internal TILT personnel and external brand teams, this role will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating and tracking the implementation of new TILT branded products as well as preparing third-party branded product to be market ready.
This role necessitates the coordination between several internal and external disciplines (procurement, marketing, compliance, sales, operations, etc.) to deliver end-to-end brand activations and go-to-market implementation plans. The Brand and Product Director will drive workflow throughout the lifecycle of the brand, managing key project initiatives, stewarding brand project schedules, tracking status and timelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and scheduling key project reviews.
Responsibilities:
· Communicate and drive project timeless with team from project approval, through strategic development, implementation, and production, to product launch.
· Partner with brand team to facilitate and chair weekly huddles and status meetings, tracking action items and taking notes.
· Work with TILT Brand Manager to ensure project workflow logistics are intact to deliver data to clients (data room set-up, communication, folders, schedules, etc.)

The Enterprise Applications Specialist is responsible for ensuring the provision of a high performance, fault tolerant business systems infrastructure to corporate users. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting new enterprise technology as necessary. This role will also be expected to collaborate with Information Technology (IT) on the development, revision, and implementation of the overall IT Strategy. This is a HYBRID/REMOTE role which requires travel to Massachusetts facilities. Preference will be given to candidates living in the MA area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of SaaS applications to include tier 1 and tier 2 application support
- Log and track issues to resolution, perform analysis of issues to resolve or escalate, communicate, and coordinate with vendor support and internal staff
- Ensure change management processes are followed when making changes to each application
- Identify potential risks and create project plan to remediate.
- Review and confirm that requirements and resulting applications are documented and that all best practices and standards are followed.
- Create end-user accounts, terminate access, and change access based on established procedures.
- Create role-based access for each application while maintaining highest security standards.
- Create and maintain support documentation.
- Train end users using online meeting tools and in-person meetings
- Lead the build out of integrations between multiple applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, etc. to design and implement solutions consistent with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures as appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, computer science / related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of application support, hands on experience with cannabis applications highly desired.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, HRIS and LMS required, knowledge of Acumatica highly desired.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience necessary, PMP certification a plus.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and able to work in a high paced, timeline-driven setting.
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to travel to various facilities across the state plus occasional short-term out-of-state travel may be required to assist in supporting larger-scale infrastructure related projects
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers for typing
- Occasionally work on ladders, or in tight spaces to inspect or troubleshoot equipment
