Job Summary: This role is responsible for safely and securely transporting cannabis and non-cannabis products to and from Verdes facilities. This position is expected to display the highest level of integrity and reliability. This position must adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, company policy, and transportation laws at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide variety of products to various locations within New Mexico
- Follow pre-determined routes and delivery schedules
- Load, unload, and operate a delivery vehicle
- Complete transportation logs and other documentation as necessary
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards at all times

- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Report any and all incidents to manager immediately

Job Summary:
The Lab Technician is responsible for extracting cannabis oil for all Verdes operations. This position also collaborates with manufacturing to produce Verdes lab products including cartridges, tinctures, salves, and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extractions:
- Produces cannabis distillate and full spectrum oils for use in Verdes products; ensures all operations teams have necessary cannabis oil inventory
- Runs all extraction lab processes including extraction, filtration, solvent recovery, and distillation
- Operates and maintains extractions equipment used for the above processes
- Documents operations including batch IDs, yields, and process parameters
- Prepares samples for NM cannabis lab potency testing and tracks results
- Observes lab safety procedures and displays strong hazard awareness and communication
- Owns housekeeping procedures like glassware cleaning, organization, sweeping/mopping, and document control

- Lab Products Manufacturing:
- Compounds and manufactures Verdes lab products including tinctures, cartridges, salves, and beverages

Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager (FM) will be responsible for ensuring all Verdes’ facilities are functional, safe for employees and customers, secure from risk, and well maintained for business needs. The FM will supervise and direct a team of Facilities Technicians and IT Technicians. The FM is responsible for prioritizing daily, weekly, and monthly activities and delegating assignments to the team based on most critical business needs, including but not limited to safety, security, and product availability.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Facilities
o Oversight of Verdes facilities to ensure they are operational, safe, and secure to support business needs. This currently includes five dispensaries, three cultivation facilities, two manufacturing facilities, office space(s)
o Plan, develop, and implement programs and strategies to support operations for efficient maintenance department operations. This includes, but is not limited to, proficiency at managing an existing maintenance software program (Maintain X).
o Ensure a preventative maintenance program is developed to meet equipment upkeep requirements through regular observations and prompt addressing of issues.
o Create a culture of safety through training and internal standard operating procedures (SOP).
o Ensure all facilities meet OSHA guidelines.
o Develop an effective and efficient inventory management program.
o Communicate to leadership, manager, and facility team efficiently and effectively through multiple communication channels
o Provide a high level of customer service to internal customers (Verdes’ teammates) through completion of requests, regularly & timely communication, and partnership to ensure facilities support departmental needs
o Manage and continue to develop a department budget.
o Manage and support a security vendor through weekly contact and coordination.

o Provide effective oversight of Facilities & IT team professionals

Job Summary:
Serves customers by providing exceptional support while supervising staff on the sales floor. Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate is a position cross-trained to perform daily tasks in all Operations Departments. This role commits to spend the first 6 months training in all Departments.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Ensure high quality, consistent, reliable, compliant and safe manufacturing processes.
- Support the manufacturing schedule to ensure product availability.
- Packaging: Process flower, preroll and specialty product precisely and according to department guidelines and SOP. Maintain high quality processing and safety standards. Keep accurate and detailed records. Clean and sanitize work tools, equipment and workspace. Label, audit, and organize product for transport. Operate production equipment according to manufacturer instruction. Maintain inventory and perform inspections.
- Kitchen: Prepare a variety of products according to established recipes. Keep a consistent and accurate stock of ingredients and supplies. Complete production sheets and other records as required. Package and label finished baked goods. Observe necessary commercial kitchen hygiene. Clean and maintain work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Laboratory: Observe Lab Standard Procedures.?Extract cannabis oil to be used for edible production?and maintain quality and yields for oil and distillate production.?Produce a variety of lab products (tinctures, concentrates, beverages, etc). Prepare and submit samples for testing.?Conform to all standard safety requirements. Maintain lab in a safe and clean manner.?Perform routine housekeeping responsibilities (sweep, mop, clean glassware and equipment, surface cleaning). Order?and procure?supplies unique to this operation.?
- Production: Prepare and manifest product orders. Print product labels and barcodes. Apply product labels and barcodes, manually and using automated equipment. Assist all departments with product packaging and labeling. Maintain inventory to ensure product availability.
