It is the responsibility of the merchandise planner to plan and forecast future merchandise buys based on historical buys, reoccurring buys, and current inventory levels. As a merchandise planner you will be responsible for reviewing stock to sales ratios, responding to changing sales trends, and ensuring plan sales, plan markups, and plan markdowns are achieved by all merchandise departments and categories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update standard business reporting
- Project sales in-season and track open-to-buy purchase budgets
- Analyze business performance, past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs and provide recommendations to drive sales and margin for the business and communicate major deviations to relevant stakeholders.
- On a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, recap and report back on the sales results to plan and forecast of in-season sales and inventory at a category level against financial plans.
- Develop and maintain store clusters using store volume, profile, capacity and performance by category, seasonality, and region; group like stores and create model stock for each category.
- Establish and monitor store capacity and inventory levels against a store level OTB to provide inventory guardrails to the buying and allocation team.
- Work with the buying team to actively manage inventory levels. This includes planning backup orders on key core items and major initiatives, recommending orders, increasing/decreasing inventory, and/or canceling orders.
- Provides assortment and brand planning guidance to the buying, cultivation, and production teams.
- Monitor and manage sales and inventory by store to maximize sales and product turn
- Perform bottoms up planning in terms of key item flow, sku sales plans, average stock, and replenishment requirements
- Provide recommendations on promotional strategies and end of life pricing techniques
- Participates and provides insights in key meetings on a weekly monthly basis (including, among other things, the Monday Business Review and Monthly Planning Review).
- Work closely with the Buying Team, Director of Planning and Store Operations to develop best-in-class new store opening inventory assortments
- Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to help grow the business

The Cultivation Technician performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, and transplanting under the supervision of the Cultivation Lead. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state-regulated system, and timelines.

- Cloning, clone care, transplanting, moving plants, pruning, trellising, watering.
- Proper green waste disposal.

General duties around the indoor growing facility as they relate to the upkeep of it.
- Monitoring plant pests and other perils, with a keen eye for spotting issues before they become a problem.

The Source's Director of Retail supports over 100 team members in Nevada operating three dispensaries with licenses to open at least three additional dispensaries over the next year that require the ability to grow a team to support those openings. In dollars per square foot, our dispensaries are more productive than your average Apple store. To keep those stores humming, our Director of Retail spends most of their time on-site guiding our store teams in crafting memorable customer experiences, consistently.
As Director of Retail, a typical day might include the following:
- Coaching your store managers through operational changes that, once implemented, will solve a customer issue that you identified from reading customer feedback surveys
- Identifying and developing team talent to support a new store opening
- Teaching a store manager how to “read” their store numbers to make better decisions on everything from labor scheduling to product placement
- Working with your marketing team and purchasing team on a promotional opportunity strategy
- Referencing “Regulations of the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board” to determine if a team member's agent card is considered conditionally approved after submitting their application and waiting 45 days

Summary
The Vault Packager is responsible for assisting the Lead, Assistant, and Vault Manager with all aspects of day-to-day Vault operations and preparing flower for sale. This can include weighing and packing flower and making pre-rolls. The Vault Packager is a key role within the dispensary to keep the flow of the store moving quickly. This person will use the POS system and Computer technology to assist in managing the activity of the Packaging team.

Summary
The Security Guard/Greeter is responsible for assisting with the security, safety, and compliance at their assigned location. To ensure and maintain the integrity of the operations of The+Source Dispensary, to provide for the security of dispensary assets and property, and to assist with the safety of guests, vendors, and employees of The+Source Dispensary. You will be responsible for greeting our patients and customers when they enter the facility while watching over and protecting the property against various threats, including but not limited to vandalism, theft, illegal activity and terrorism. Security guards write observation reports, speak with witnesses, and provide guidance to guests regarding rules, regulations, and policies.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and patients as they enter the parking lot and direct them to the building entrance.
- Opens and closes doors in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
- Monitor visitors and patients access monitor safety cameras to ensure they are in proper working order and maintain security awareness.
- Assure that safe and clean pedestrian walkway are maintained in all parking areas, and communicate issues to management.
- Periodically monitor the parking lot/front of the store and discourage loitering.
- Work with local law enforcement when necessary.

Summary
The Vault Packager is responsible in assisting the Assistant, Lead and Vault Manager with all aspects of day-to-day Vault operations and preparing flower for sale.
