Our team is passionate about being in cannabis with integrity. We care about the plant and the people behind it. We took that passion and the lessons we learned over the years of calling we've done for farms into dispensaries and created The Sales Joint.
The Sales Joint was born when we figured out how to turn our services, all those conversations and relationships we have with dispensaries on behalf of farms, into a product. With our help, clients that could follow-through and deliver on those dispensaries' demands, added new repeat customers, expanded the reach of their brand, and grew their social following.
Now we get to work with more farms than ever before while raising the bar on professional sales in cannabis. The Sales Joint private sales service reduces wasted time, energy, and resources on all fronts for our partners.
Position:
Account Managers will gather customer information needed to assess opportunities for the sale of products for our clients. Those clients include vetted, quality growers and processors of legal/medical cannabis products. You will spend up to 10 hours a week calling dispensaries to sell a multitude of cannabis products and record relevant customer details in a CRM system. Details that include: what stores are looking for new products/vendors, what those specific products are, and what times are available for product demos or sample drop offs.
This Account Manager will develop relationships with their customer base to increase our clients' retail portfolio in their state. These customers will be managed through the customer sales pipeline to increase our client's revenue and help them expand their brand into new territories.
The Sales Joint offers an excellent opportunity for a new salesperson to develop refined sales/prospecting skills that can be utilized in any industry. Primary trainers for this position offer years of experience in a developed process that provides every opportunity for success in gathering market data and research.
No previous sales experience is required.
No travel is required, this is a remote position.
Hours: Around 10/hrs per week but flexible if needed.
Compensation: $17/hr
Basic Requirements:
- College degree preferable in business
- Strong computer skills

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Self motivator
