This position is expected to be involved in: -Keeping up with daily activities & changes to store & products

This position consists of: -Brushing up on cannabis knowledge and product knowledge-This position is to partake in employee cannabis knowledge training with the GM-Staying busy in down time-Watching the lobby-Notice when someone has been waiting in the lobby for a long time and look into the situation-Be able to direct patients from the lobby to a station-Asking to see everyones ID before you sell to them-If they’re holding a brochure it’s their first time tell them about $10 off-NEVER leave product at a station-Put product back if it is not wanted-It is illegal to not ring in THC products this is job jeopardizing-Re-iterating their order back to them before you get them checked out-Remind them of any deals before you check them out (upsell)-If it’s their birthday tell them they get a free pre-roll today-If they brought in a friend let them know they get $15 off for refer a friend-Using a mobile card reader outside to check out curbside orders-Moving quickly, self-lessly, and intelligently through each consultation

Rules of this position: -Weapons are not allowed in the back area-Nobody is allowed in the lobby who does not have a valid state ID-You must be over 21+ to shop REC/AU-You must be over 18 and have a medical card that matches the same state ID-Every customer must be checked in unless they’re shopping together

Goals of this Position: We do whatever we can to make sure people are leaving happy. We have the best customer service in Kalamazoo when it comes to dispensaries so we are looking for someone friendly & someone who loves people! This position is expected to manage your time wisely, keeping busy, and your objective is to never have a manager tell you what to do unless it is a method of adjusting or method of training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

We are wearing masks indoors and disinfecting in between shifts if you need to. Most employees at this time are not wearing masks, but are cleaning daily.
