What You Will Do:
- Welcome visitors/patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Perform compliant medical patient intake through the POS system and Arizona Department of Health Services patient verification system
- Review patient purchasing history
- Verify patient’s purchasing availability and inform patient of remaining purchase availability
- Verify and enter patient’s order quantities into AZDHS system by category
- Assist patrons with product selection
- Address patron questions and concerns
- Provide patrons with appropriate options based on their needs and available product information
- Process orders utilizing POS software
- Input patient’s order quantities in accordance with remaining availability
- Package and label orders in accordance with packaging policy standards
- Routinely check the inventory level of stocked items. Maintain appropriate stock quantities

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including Operations, Communications, Finance and Dispensary Services departments, vendors, industry partners, senior leadership, management, staff, creative and content teams, and distribution partners) to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on retaining and growing audiences for the Prime Leaf’s products and services
- Lead conception, development, and implementation of strategic marketing plans, initiatives, activities, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget and calendar, profit/loss projections, marketing ROI and other financial considerations
- Understand and establish key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights; make recommendations to leadership
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs to guide current and future strategies; collaborate with Operations, Finance and Dispensary Services teams to collect data and insights, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction
- Conduct pricing research and analysis, and coordinate with Operations department to ensure competitive pricing and promotions strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Identify and target new market segments that will benefit from company products
- Oversee the design and delivery of original creative visual and written content for all internal and external print and digital marketing channels and materials, including social media, website, CRM, local publications, and events
- Source and design all written, photo, video, and graphic content with input from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand alignment
- Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategies and coordinate work of external marketing partners and vendors
- Ensure SEO effectiveness by optimizing existing content and uncovering new opportunities leading to increased brand visibility and recognition
- Partner with Communications Manager to actively manage company CRM initiatives; coordinate product, event, and content email and text marketing campaigns; manage database, visual content, written copy, scheduling, testing, and results

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the routine Human Resources (HR) functions of the business, including, but not limited to, hiring, retention and talent management; payroll, benefits, and leave; recognition, and morale; disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, and separations; occupational health and safety; HR records management; training and development; and policy evaluation, implementation, and enforcement.
The HR Manager provides comprehensive HR support, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of The Prime Leaf’s mission and talent strategy, while skillfully balancing employee advocacy and the operating needs of the organization. The HR Manager works closely with managers and staff to achieve employee satisfaction, shape employer brand strategy, and promote a healthy work culture and environment.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; administers and executes routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, mediating complaints and disputes, conducting disciplinary meetings, and overseeing terminations.
- Administers employee action items including disciplinary procedures, promotions, transfers, code of conduct enforcement, FMLA requests, leaves of absence, etc., ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.

Dispensary Retail Associate
As a leader in the medical marijuana dispensary field, The Prime Leaf offers high quality, compassionate care and a consistent, knowledgeable, and positive experience to all patients in a professional environment. This position trains first as a Receptionist then graduates to Cashier ultimately leading to a Patient Consultant position.
Job Functions
- Welcome visitors/patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Perform compliant patient intake through the POS system and Arizona Department of Health Services patient verification system
- Review patient purchasing history
- Verify patient’s purchasing availability and inform patient of remaining purchase availability
- Verify and enter patient’s order quantities into AZDH system by category
- Assist patients with product selection
- Address patient questions and concerns
- Provide patients with appropriate options based on patient needs and available product information
- Process patient orders utilizing POS software
- Input patient’s order quantities in accordance with remaining availability
- Package and label patient orders in accordance with packaging policy standards
- Routinely check the inventory level of stocked items. Maintain appropriate stock quantities
- Assist management staff in general operation of the facility
- Communicate patient concerns to management team
- Recognize and communicate potential safety concerns to management team
- Complete additional assignments and task as assigned by management
- Present a clean and safe facility
- Represent the Prime Leaf in a professional manner at all times
- Complete training and personal research as needed to stay informed about medical cannabis
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age
- 1-3 years in a retail environment or related experience preferred
- Equivalent experience in fast-paced retail or service setting
- General knowledge of use of medicinal marijuana and related products
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in basic mathematics
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant in A.R.S. § 36-2801

Purpose
