Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for managing all personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general day-to-day matters.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory and customer relations.
- Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
- Coordinates with the corporate retail team to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
- Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store team to develop and implement plans that meet objectives.
- Manages with integrity and honesty.
- Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates responsibilities to the Assistant Dispensary Manager(s) and/or store-level team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
- Creates implementation plans to achieve both operational efficiency and optimal results.
- Solicits feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the community.
- Provide all dispensary employees with training, coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities.
- Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the corporate retail team.
- Maintain and responsible for accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with IL laws and regulations.
- Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all cannabis and cannabis products in the facility.
- Assisting in interviewing process and candidate selection.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager in retail or hospitality required
- Demonstrated passion to serving the adult cannabis community.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret financial data.
- Computer operating skills
- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.

The On-site Security Specialist is responsible for the safety and security of staff, patients, and property. This individual will also review and monitor all security cameras and should de-escalate any impending or occurring instances in a quick and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly interact with employees and patients to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
- Check and verify all patient ID's prior to admitting them onto the dispensary floor.
- Monitor cash pick-ups.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and fellow employees.
- Monitor security video cameras and security systems.
- Carry out regular patrols around and inside the property.
- Perform lockup and unlock duties where needed.
- Operate under the regulatory requirements set forth by the State.
- Assist in product delivery as needed.
- Provide operational retail support to leadership including, but not limited to patient information audits, batch record data uploads, and other items as needed to ensure regular compliance in preparation of location audits.

The Healing Center
- Work with Patients through sales transactions, while properly educating them on products; paying special attention to all details of transaction.
- Complete transactions using state approved seed-to-sale tracking & point of sales software.
- Ability to maintain positive attitude, eagerness to work with and be part of a team, punctuality, and dependability are all musts.
- Initial and on-going training is provided, and you'll be expected to continually self-educate on medical cannabis, it's strains & properties, as well as it's products.
- Complete morning setup, as well as end of day inventory procedures.
- Become efficient with state approved point-of-sale software, using that to maintain accuracy of store inventory and menus.
- Be able to rotate into admissions office and perform all procedures there; including registering new patients, checking existing patients into the the working queue, and handling phone calls.
- Must work well in a very team driven environment, with the ability to maintain positive working relationship with all staff members.
- Must be able to work at any of our 3 store locations - Cranberry, Monroeville, & Washington.
- Must have availability to work at least 2 days a week.
This is a retail-cash position in a professional, medical-retail environment.
This position is best for people who are highly motivated self-starters, who thrive when a challenge is presented. You need to be able to manage our state-approved POS system while paying close attention to cash & product handling, while also serving your Patient with care & respect.
Prior retail & service industry experience should be highlighted. Pharmacy tech experience is very applicable.

Patient Care Representative at Medical Marijuana Dispensary

- Work with Patients through sales transactions, while properly educating them on products; paying special attention to all details of transaction.
- Complete transactions using state approved seed-to-sale tracking & point of sales software.
- Ability to maintain positive attitude, eagerness to work with and be part of a team, punctuality, and dependability are all musts.
- Initial and on-going training is provided, and you'll be expected to continually self-educate on medical cannabis, it's strains & properties, as well as it's products.
- Complete morning setup, as well as end of day inventory procedures.
- Become efficient with state approved point-of-sale software, using that to maintain accuracy of store inventory and menus.
- Be able to rotate into admissions office and perform all procedures there; including registering new patients, checking existing patients into the the working queue, and handling phone calls.
- Must work well in a very team driven environment, with the ability to maintain positive working relationship with all staff members.
- Must be able to work at any of our store locations upon manager request.
- Must have availability to work at least 2 days a week.
This is a retail-cash position in a professional, medical-retail environment.
This position is best for people who are highly motivated self-starters, who thrive when a challenge is presented. You need to be able to manage our state-approved POS system while paying close attention to cash & product handling, while also serving your Patient with care & respect.
Prior retail & service industry experience should be highlighted. Pharmacy tech experience is very applicable.
$15 per hour, everyone starts part-time.
