Production Associate (Trimming/Packaging)
The Farm is a vertically integrated medical cannabis company. We have a manufacturing facility in Harrington. We are currently looking for a Production Associate (Trimmer). The successful candidate will be motivated, reliable, and a team player. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to multi-task, have strong fine motor skills, and an understanding of cannabis.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
· Perform repetitive tasks.
· Trim one or multiple strains throughout the day.
· Use attention to detail while working.
· Track Flower weight/pre-roll numbers for the day.
· Work with a scale to accurately track numbers.
· Work with grinding equipment/automatic trimmer.
· Harvesting duties, Hanging and Trimming as needed.
· Clean equipment thoroughly and maintain an organized work area.
· Dispose of plant waste daily.
· Follow all The Farm policies and procedures and fully comply with state medical cannabis regulations.
· Maintain a safe, clean, organized and enjoyable work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
· 21+ years old.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Pass a comprehensive federal background check.
· Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
· Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching as well as carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
Greeter, Sales & Guest Service
- Manage the safe flow of guests into and within the facility; including crowd control and ensuring effective social distancing practices are being utilized.
- Immediately welcome and check-in guests upon entry to The Farm according to company policy and state/local regulatory guidelines.
- Thoroughly validate guest’s ID’s, including identification and confiscation of falsified documents.
- Engage guests in a consultative sales conversation to understand needs, recommend products and ensure guests leave The Farm with the products they need and a memorable experience.
- Communicate current sales or special offers.
- Upsell guests on accessories, supplementary products and The Farm branded merchandise.
- Consistently provide accurate information on products.

- Communicate to FOH manager the wants and needs of guests to assist with stocking the latest and trendiest products and technology people are looking to purchase.

The Packager is responsible for packaging oil and flower products intoindividual size denominations. Summary

The Cannabis Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for guests and represents the company in the dispensary. Summary
The Head of Cultivation is responsible for the compliance and business outcomes for the grow department. The Packager is responsible for packaging oil and flower products intoindividual size denominations. This position is also responsible for labeling, prepping and packaging finished orders for transfer to retail stores while maintaining department supplies and standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities
Flower Packaging
- Verifies weight and properly records all starting data
- Packages sealed bags of flower into assigned increments
- Applies the correctly titled inventory, potency test result and ingredient labels to each finished container
- Prepares each finished order for transport with correct METRC and BioTracklabels
- Records all shake generated from orders in the shake tracking logs
- Works with other team members to ensure department efficiency and effective workflow

Oil Packaging
- Performs all stages of processing syringes and cartridges
- Operate packaging machinery that utilizes pressure and heat

Summary

- Manage stock level plan and predict needed levels for upcoming promotions

The Cannabis Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for guests and represents the company in the dispensary. The CSR must apply the highest level of customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced retail storefront. This position requires a consistently positive attitude and team player mentality. The retail store is open 363 days a year and is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The retail staff has the general expectation to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Responsibilities
Front of House (FOH)
- Greet and compliantly check-in guests and vendors as they enter the store/escorted to restricted areas.
- Understands and applies company policy and procedure, as well as city/state regulation and instruction, for validating all IDs and confiscating/reporting fake IDs as necessary; can demonstrate how to use all provided ID validating tools effectively.
- Understand and apply city and state requirements for compliant handling, sales and transactions of all products.
