The Lead Dispensary Agent is responsible for interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management as well as interacting with local service providers. The Lead Dispensary Agent will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities which includes preparing orders, entering product information, calling patients with product requests and admitting patients when the Security Guard is otherwise occupied. They will also assist with inventory reconciliations, deliveries, and destruction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets members in person or on the phone; schedules appointments; oversees member intake and renewal procedures
- Maintains member records in compliance with State law and Company policy
- Answers questions about the law and the Company from members and others
- Assists members in selecting medicine; advises and educates them about safe dosage and other aspects of this medicine
- Assists Manager with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly
- Maintains a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
- Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager according to Company needs
- Maintains inventory through deliveries, audits, and disposals
- Completes end of day process including cash handling and inventory reconciliations
- Scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry – hospitality and retail backgrounds preferred
- Computer & equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
- Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana preferred but not required
- Outstanding phone and in-person customer service skills
- Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay even keeled in periods of stress
- Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability and multi-tasking

Summary: We are looking to hire a Dispensary Trainer for the Northeast Ohio region. The Dispensary Trainer is responsible for:
The training necessary for onboarding newly hired Dispensary Agents,retraining associates, and training Lead Agent Promotions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Foundational Training, Metric,
OARRs, POS, LeafLogin, and Wurk.
The Dispensary Trainer will review the rules (Ohio Administrative Code) and regulations from the Board of Pharmacy (BOP) surrounding the retail sales of medical cannabis in the state of Ohio. The Dispensary Trainer is also responsible for the necessary training involved with a Lead Agent Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:
cash handling, inventory control system,
and operational requirements.
When possible training will occur in the employee’s home store there fore the Dispensary
Trainer will be required to travel from store to store.

customers. Intake of customers involves prolonged sitting at the check-in desk.
Daily retail tasks require frequent bending, crouching, or reaching to retrieve items from cabinets and present those items to
customers. Use of eye, hand, and finger coordination is required to check items against the invoice and place them into bags.
Additionally, visual verification is required to compare items sold to the customer’s invoice. The noise level in the work environment
is typically moderate. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds to facilitate the movement of stock and
pulling orders.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:?The Assistant Manager will float between our Canton and Akron locations and will be responsible for assisting the dispensary manager with managerial duties as well as fulfillment and inventory responsibilities. This position will consist of approximately 50% inventory/fulfillment work and 50% managerial tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with tasks with physical inventory including but not limited to, order fulfillment, delivery intake, monitoring aging inventory, destruction oversight, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancies.
- Authorize product returns
- Assist with product recall processes
- Assist with the creation promotion development.
- Responsible for managing the daily menu based of the current inventory.
- Assist the Dispensary manager with required daily/monthly audits.
- Manage daily sales operations including but not limited to cash reconciliation, sales reporting, access inventory audits.
- Ensuring compliance with state guidelines regarding patient interactions/education.
- Oversight of any vendors and visitors.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Designated Representative is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the dispensary by overseeing and directing all day-to-day operations, including overseeing all Dispensary Agents. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and management abilities, and solid administrative/clerical and time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily dispensary operations including but not limited to counsel patients as needed, cash management, record keeping, employee scheduling, inventory management, etc.
- Mentor Dispensing Agents to ensure patients are receiving the upmost care.
- Manage intake of all deliveries including verifying the accuracy of delivery, inspecting packages, submitting manifests to inventory tracking system, etc.
- Delivers a superior level of customer service, both in person and by phone.
- Always maintain the highest level of compliance and ensures all proper legal and company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Diffuses difficult situations and ensures issues are resolved to the member’s satisfaction while upholding company standards.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility; has a high attention to detail and regularly reviews facility needs and communicates them to the appropriate parties.
Basic Qualifications:
- PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy Degree) required.
- 1-2 years prior manager experience preferred.
- Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (POS System, Word, Excel, office equipment).
