Position Summary: The Head of Revenue at Talaria Transportation will lead our Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing efforts. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive revenue through developing new customers in our vertical and maximize our services to our existing customers. This is a full lifecycle role that will support our customers from lead to executed contract and manage our customer success team who supports our ongoing business relationships. Additionally, on the business development side, this role works closely with our financial institutions as one of the key drivers of our business.
What You Do:
- Accountable for achieving and exceeding planned revenue for the company across all business lines, margins, and sales expenses
- Builds predictable revenue stream and leads sales expansion into new states and service lines
- Leads Customer Success Department and Marketing efforts
- Owns CRM (Salesforce) to track and measure sales pipeline
- Regularly reviews pricing with senior management to ensure margin maximization and customer retention
- Obtains, allocates and adjusts operations resources to achieve sales and service goals
- Drive and expand sales channels within company-focused verticals including financial institutions and cannabis companies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Develop professional relations and maintain regular communication with customers and internal staff
- Represent company at trade shows, associations, and meetings to promote products and programs
- Identify customer needs and work to address pain points to maintain customers and earn new and expanding business.
- Develop and maintain an external network of peers and customers
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Job Description
Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Controller to lead our accounting and finance efforts. Our entire team is committed to offering industry-leading services we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced controller with the ability to span from accounting and finance strategy to the tactical execution of monthly close. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a role with an SMB. As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will make it your mission to streamline our budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting processes. You are comfortable getting your “hands dirty” in a fast-growing company knowing you will be involved at all levels from invoicing to investor relations. You will produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.
Objectives of this Role
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
- Guide financial decisions by applying and creating company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action.
- Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.
- Help develop and support investor relations, divestures and acquisitions.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of private contributions and loans.
- Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
- Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, upholding federal, state, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new, and future legislation.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Track and process accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable and payroll.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years proven accounting experience.
- Professional accounting certification, CPA preferred (active or inactive).
- Working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis.
- Proven budgeting experience, with a focus on streamlining accounting processes.

Position Summary: The Director of Sales and Marketing at Talaria Transportation will head the Sales Department to create, oversee, coordinate and strategize with both internal personnel and external marketing partners to maintain a strong collateral pipeline of leads. They will also work with the Sales Team to track current clientele as they expand into new and existing markets to offer partnership as expansion occurs. This position will interface regularly with the Corporate Team, Operations Team and Licensing Team to ensure all collateral, strategies and workflows are done in a compliant and efficient manner. This position is expected to provide support to the Sales Team and maintain a high brand standard on behalf of the Company.
What You Do:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in creating sales channels within company focused verticals including bank and cannabis companies.
- Provide creative guidance to develop collateral for social media and other customer facing engagements.
- Support and help sales executives to close sales if needed.
- Participate in meetings and conferences, prepare special quotes and respond to customers for improving sales.
- Supports sales team by giving presentations, following up on sales leads and creating special accounts.
- Develop professional relations and maintain regular communication with customers and internal staff.
- Represent company at trade shows, associations and meetings to promote products and programs.
- Identify customer needs and work to address pain points to maintain customers and earn new and expanding business.
- Provide support and guidance for growing national sales efforts.
- Plan and execute annual sales meeting.
- Develop and maintain an external network of peers and customers.
- Develop and maintain collateral library with the assistance of internal and external marketing partnerships.
- Ensure sales team is utilizing the tools and identify additional resources needed to continue to grow the Company’s customer base.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

Objectives of this Role

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of private contributions and loans.
- Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
- Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, upholding federal, state, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new, and future legislation.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Track and process accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable and payroll.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years proven accounting experience.
- Professional accounting certification, CPA required.
- Working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis.
- Proven payroll experience, with a focus on streamlining accounting processes.
- Exemplary history of financial project management.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.

Position Summary: The Licensing Director will work closely with all departments. All contracts and licensing applications will be reviewed by the Licensing Director, prior to being sent for final legal and CEO approval. This role routinely interfaces and interacts with State agencies including industry regulatory, Secretary of State or any other license related agency within the states where Talaria operates.
The Licensing Director will be responsible for maintaining all renewals of required business licenses, industry licenses and all ensuring the business remains in good standing with all regulatory agencies.
What You Do:
- Research and collect all relevant state regulatory information and guidance documents.
- Perform compliance audits with the assistance of department managers.
- Develop licensing checklists by state and Talaria vertical.
- Complete and submit license applications as needed depending on state and requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Sales, Operations and Customer Success to ensure compliant business practices match the licensed operating plans.
- Create and maintain a national license renewal calendar and information database.
- Assist when requested with other compliance related tasks.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal
- 1-3 years of experience in another direct compliance facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
- Experience with Monday.com is preferable

We’re looking for a person who is dedicated to ensuring our customer’s success by providing proactive and unparalleled support to our customers. Your goal is to provide outstanding customer service during the contract execution, on boarding, issue resolution, answering customer questions, and proactive communication with customers. Furthermore, you will work closely with our Director of Operations to support our field teams and help guide recommendations on workflow improvements, develop best practices, and set customer satisfaction goals.
