We are currently looking for talented individuals with great customer service and a passion for the cannabis industry. The position of 'Dispensary Consultant' (a.k.a. 'budtender') at our organization requires the following:
Qualifications:

- Cannabis experience preferred
- Customer Service experience is a mandatory requirement
- Must have fundamental knowledge on cannabinoids, terpenes, cannabis as medicine, extracts, tinctures, and topical cannabis. Knowledge of popular cannabis strains is a mandatory requirement
- Basic knowledge of cannabis regulations in California
- Available to work 6.5 - 7 hour shifts with a 30 minute lunch break Mon-Sun (Up to 28 hours a week).
- Available to work a mix of both morning shifts (7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) and evening shifts (2:15 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) with growth opportunities
- Outstanding work ethic. Professional attitude and demeanor
- Diligent with cash handling

- Conduct sales transactions on a cash register with speed, accuracy, and positive customer service
- Be willing to learn about and communicate the benefits of our products to customers and fellow employees
- Be aware of daily specials, and products currently in our inventory
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about cannabis products that we offer
- Demonstrate a professional and patient attitude with customer inquiries and complaints
- Clean work stations and company equipment/restrooms
- Assist with Bi-Weekly Inventory

Summary Of Position:
This position is responsible for managing the flow of product onto and off of our menu, and maintaining our ecommerce platform.
Position Responsibilities:
Menu Management
- Release products as needed to ensure we have an adequate number of SKUs for each brand, category, and product type.
- Facilitate product drops scheduled by the VP & GM. Ensure scheduled drops are released on time.
- Drop and & manage promotional inventory.
- Send end of the day emails to Upper Management
E-comm Management:
- Maintain the ecomm menus so they are up to date, accurate, and contain high quality content.
- Ensure that products published on our ecomm platforms are updated with photo, description, and metadata before they are published.
- Maintain database of product photography and descriptions.
- Utilize Photoshop and other Creative Suite Apps to apple watermarks and develop marketing assets.

To keep our Consultants as safe as possible, we continuously clean and have implemented social distancing requirements for customers in line. In addition, we have limited the number of customers allowed in the dispensary at a time.
