'POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Coastal Sun brand ambassador will play a key role in driving awareness and sales by identifying and executing
in-store marketing growth opportunities and maximizing in-store visibility. Your primary responsibilities are to visit your customers, train and educate account staff, engage the consumer, and ultimately build brand equity and increase sales through the register.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

3. Build positive, credible, relationships with your accounts including, but not limited to, Budtenders and General Managers
4. Prepare professional sales training and educations for each account tailored to the needs of the customer
5. Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
6. Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
7. Building rapport with customers and vendors.
8. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
9. Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
10. Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
11. Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Have extensive industry, product, and competitor knowledge to understand and communicate the features and
benefits of products and programs to customers

POSITION: Field Assistant - General

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Field Assistant is a full-time position (40 hours/week) focused on the cultivation & management of cannabis field crops. This job aims to ensure the success and well-being of our field production throughout the growing season. In this position, one will be working alongside our core team as well as independently to complete the task at hand. This position will also involve monitoring the efficiency & work quality of day labor crews in order to utilize these resources effectively. Likewise, one will be expected to maintain a positive and clean work environment for all employees to work safely, comfortably, and diligently.
This position reports directly to the Field Cultivation Lead and works synergistically with all members of the Field Cultivation Department.

Job Description
Spray Technician: Responsibilities
This position involves continuous upkeep and improvement of plant health through foliar application of organic compounds. One is expected to mix/apply fertilizer recipes and adhere to pest management regimens. Regular preventative maintenance of equipment is required to ensure proper mechanical function. Chemical inventory control, storage and proper handling are routine. Applicants must promote and sustain a safe work environment. Constant growth and development are required to expand understanding of how foliar applications impact plant, human, and farm health. One is expected to identify pest, environmental and cultivation issues that are threatening plant health. Respectful and constant communication with various departments is critical. Personal protective equipment must be worn when necessary. Persistent adherence to regulations governing foliar application is mandatory.
Greenhouse Technician
Secondary functions of the position include but are not limited to aiding in plant cultivation in a greenhouse or field setting. One will work alongside and under the supervision of management to ensure the health and success of the crop.

We will be looking for individuals with a good work ethic and a problem-solving demeanor.
General Description: This person will be assigned to sorting clones and quality control once clones are rooted. Plant health and care are closely observed in order to produce a high quantity of quality cuts. This position will supplement the Clone Manager with irrigation of the nursery as well as general tasks such as filling pots, transplanting, and nursery maintenance. There is opportunity for growth by excelling and joining the sticking team with potential to increase their pay with piece-rate. People with experience cutting/sticking clones and working with Cannabis will be prioritized.

We’re currently reviewing motivated candidates to join our team taking part in day to day operations in the Coastal Star Nursery.
Qualifications: This person should have a high school diploma and be curious about plants and plant health. Organization, fast learning, and motivated individuals will be considered for this position. Be ready to learn the processes in place for cloning and clone plant care. We will be looking for individuals with a good work ethic and a problem-solving demeanor.
General Description: This person will be assigned to sorting clones and quality control once clones are rooted. Plant health and care are closely observed in order to produce a high quantity of quality cuts. This position will supplement the Clone Manager with irrigation of the nursery as well as general tasks such as filling pots, transplanting, and nursery maintenance. There is opportunity for growth by excelling and joining the sticking team with potential to increase their pay with piece-rate. People with experience cutting/sticking clones and working with Cannabis will be prioritized.

- Assist with loading of outgoing shipments of clones

QUALIFICATIONS
This person should hold at least a BA in a Scientific discipline from a major university or be extremely open minded towards innovative regenerative agricultural practices with a strong work history in organic crop production. This person should show a pattern of leading teams in an increasingly responsible fashion and have a proven track record in analytical trouble shooting. Must be able to handle basic farm physical work tasks such as lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods of time, etc.

General description:
The Nursery Operations Lead (NOL) is responsible for overseeing the on-site operations of our Cannabis Nursery. This position works directly with the Cultivation & Order Fulfillment Teams to ensure proper execution of the nurseries Master Crop Plan. The NOL requires critical thinking to schedule and properly train team members, make day-to-day operational decisions, and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. This position ensures key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met.

General Roles and Responsibilities
- Weekly Labor Management using predetermined schedules & task allocation
- Execute all facets of the crop plan set by CEO and Sales Team
- Facilitate weekly team meetings with Assistants, cutting and sticking team lead, seedling prop lead, and maintenance team
- Create an Action plan of projects and tasks
- Check in on action plan items daily with all employees who are responsible for tasks on the action plan, hold accountability
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, & retain team members as needed
- Train Assistants and Greenhouse technicians to properly perform operations that comply with Nursery SOPs
- Ensure Assistant Leads are professionally training and supervising all nursery employees
- Provide a weekly email summary to the CEO on operations status and upcoming budgetary needs
- Submit weekly purchase requests to CEO/CFO
- Schedule special labor needs for big work pushes
- Create weekly production schedule to fulfill crop plan
- Support Assistants in working with plant health team lead to ensure fertigation system is operating correctly
- Support Assistants to take on projects such as loading and unloading greenhouses
- Other Nursery related tasks as needed from time to time
BEGINNING SALARY WILL BE $52,000 ~ $65,000 ANNUALLY AND COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
