Stem Holdings has an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Dispensary Manager in it's Eugene, OR retail dispensary - TJs Provisions. Only candidates with previous Budtending, cannabis operations, and retail management experience will be considered at this time.
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will assist the Dispensary Manager with all functions related to the successful performance of the store. Primary responsibility is to manage a team of Budtenders, and Lead Budtenders to provide customers with a first-class retail experience and always ensure proper staffing. The AM will also serve as the acting manager of the Dispensary in the absence of the Dispensary Manager.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for training and managing Budtenders and Lead Budtenders.
- Responsible for training and managing Delivery Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product by Delivery Drivers; serve as back-up Delivery Coordinator in his/her absence.
- Assists Inventory Specialist and Dispensary Manager with product intake.
- Maintains complete accuracy within our Cannabis Tracking System (CTS).
- Maintains complete accuracy within our Point of Sales system.
- Plays a key role in driving a positive customer experience at the dispensary.
- Supports the Dispensary Manager with home delivery management.
- Ensure accurate management of all systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Help with inventory audits and analyzing the success of each product within our store.
- Help to schedule retail employees in coordination with the Dispensary Manager.
- Collaborates with Company operational staff to develop and implement standard operating procedures and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- Provides support to the Dispensary Manager as needed, especially with organizing bank deposits and change requests.
- Provides help to any department within the dispensary, if needed during busy times.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Other duties as they evolve for the position or as may be assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and / or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Skills in Microsoft Office Product Suite, as well as industry-related software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in store and office with fluorescent and other lighting exposure.
- Must be able to use appropriate equipment safely including but not limited to computers as consistent with this position.

Artifact Extracts produces a wide variety of cannabis extract consistencies: vape cartridges, shatter, crumble, sugar, batter, and crystals. To support its growth, Artifact is looking for two new team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on precision and accuracy. The Packaging Assistant position is dedicated to supporting the Packaging team in preparing individual units for sale from a production batch.
We are looking for team members who can maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks in an insulated work environment. This position is part-time, up to 29 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility (daytime hours only.)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean work area and adhering to company PPE and COVID-19 policies
- Preparing packaging materials, such as folding boxes, relying heavily on manual dexterity
- Applying labels to finished products
Requirements:
- Must have or be able to obtain OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
- Must have reliable transportation, or the ability to report to work, as scheduled, on time
- Must be able to sit/stand for multiple hours at a time while completing competitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Work schedule:
- Part-Time, up to 29 hours per week, flexible schedule between 9am and 5pm daily

As an Account Manager, you will responsible for making connections with new and existing dispensary decision makers as well as creating and delivering your orders.
