We are looking for a qualified to manage our team, provide effective guidance, and team leadership. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. As a team leader, you will be the main contact point for all team members and ahigh level of communication skills is a must. Candidate should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaborate across all departments. In addition to engaging with sales team members to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. This candidate will also be responsible for overall sales team performance inclusive to securing new dispensary partners, achieving maximum sales profitability, while generating brand awareness for all cannabis products. This position must maintain regular communication with all sales team representatives within the assigned region to provide any necessary support. Must be able to work in the field with extensive travel. This position will also be responsible for B2B lead generation to secure new retail partners. Develop strong relationships with retail owners/managers. Support retail partners to maximize sell-through rates, this may involve regular visits to retail and/or in-store activities to directly engage retail partners. Host Budtender training and education sessions & attend trade shows where required. Must have ability to independently manage your team and achieve above target results in all KPI’s categories to include sales growth, distribution, customer satisfaction, and client retention. Act as an industry expert providing timely and insightful retail feedback to your senior management. Ability to grow your sales team’s territory through sales initiatives and exceptional customer service. Comprehensive understanding of Cannabis - strains, effects, methods of consumption and accessories is necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends when necessary. In addition to willingness to continue learning about horticulture and cannabis farming to stay on top of current and future trends.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of positive brand experiences, consumer education, and consumer relationships
- Maintain regular communication with assigned stores and expand existing partnerships
- B2B lead generation to secure new listings, and follow up on leads
- Develop strong relationships with retail owners/managers

Job Description We are searching for a high-energy team player with prior retail management experience to add to our growing team! The Store Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the assigned retail location in accordance with the State of Oklahoma and standards set by the Stem. The Store Manager provides support to all staff which includes:
Responsibilities
· Build and continuously coach an exceptional team that will always provide the highest level of customer experience
· Exceed the customers’ expectations by implementing and training staff on exceptional service delivery and strategies
· Effectively communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities to the team to ensure a smooth operational flow
· Monitor and manage staffing, scheduling, operations, processes, etc.
· Help to implement and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures including safety requirements
· Clear knowledge and understanding of state and local cannabis regulations (including Metrc) and ensure that compliance is executed in daily operations
· Encourage and promote a teamwork environment and empowering team members to self-manage
· Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions
· Meet or exceed sales goals, profitability, and operational excellence
· Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers
· Analyze, forecast, and deliver financial and operational reporting regularly
· Monitor and provide analysis of product trends and opportunities
· Evaluate and manage competitive pricing for optimization of sales
· Identify underperforming metrics and help develop strategies for improvement
· Foster positive and productive relationships with all vendors

Job Requirements
· 4 years retail management experience preferred
· 4 years customer service experience preferred
· Prior supervisory experience preferred
· Understanding of state and local marijuana laws preferred
· Prior experience with cannabis systems like FlowHub, Metrc, Weedmaps, and Leafly preferred
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
· Highly self motivated and accountable
· Bachelor’s degree in business preferred but not required (related work experience will be heavily considered)
· Must be 21 years of age or older
