POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Receptionist you will be responsible for all the front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, phone messages, filing and emails in a timely manner. Responsible for greeting visitors, maintaining visitor log, processing agent badge applications, coordinating office orders, filing, deliveries and service requests while assisting Management with various clerical duties as assigned and required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acknowledge each visitor with a smile and in a positive professional manner at all times
- Monitor secure main entrance only allowing entry after verifying identity, purpose, and issuing visitor badge. Notifying managers of visitors and escorting them to their meeting
- Pick up, distribute, and manage in/outbound company mail
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery drivers from FedEX, UPS, DHL, Cintas, etc.
- Accurately record the shipping slips from deliveries and distribute packages to appropriate department manager/lead
- Manage the Visitor log and Visitor Badges and maintain regulatory compliance at all times
- Stock and maintain the office supplies, cleaning and snack cabinets
- Maintain all office equipment daily, fill toner, paper, staples, laminating sheets, etc. ensuring proper functions of the equipment at all times
- Maintain analog and digital file systems
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
- Data entry
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Adhere to strict confidentiality at all times
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Adhere to chain of command and company organization chart
- Must possess a positive and willing to learn attitude
- Valid state issued driver's license or identification card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must not have any felony convictions or financial crimes related convictions of any kind
- Must pass all required background checks per NRS 345A, NRS 453D, and local municipality requirements
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must follow internal policies and procedures at all times
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
- Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs with assistance
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative experience; receptionist duties
- MS Office experience required. OS X a plus
- Previous experience in medical office management, food and beverage administration, or other highly regulated environment a plus
- Comply with company and State NRS/NAC Confidentiality Agreement requirement
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, multi-task and meet all deadlines
- Customer service experience

Position Summary:
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for providing manual labor to support the activities, operations and management team of the Cultivation Department abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Essential Functions:

- Coordinate daily duties with the Director of Cultivation and Lead Cultivator including: equipment acquisition, maintenance, training, schedules, personnel, and quality assurance.
- Ensure knowledge of and compliance with local, state, and federal billing or licensing requirements.
- Proficient in all aspects of cannabis cultivation.
- Knowledge of all cannabis life cycles, nutrient deficiencies, and disease and pest identification.
- Organizational skills, good hygiene, best practices, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and listening skills and the ability to receive or give direction.
- Operate as an independent team member.
- Reading, writing, computer literacy, and basic math skills.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in accordance with Cultivation policies, schedules, and data collection.
- Properly document plant inspections, nutrient application, equipment checks, and cleaning lists.
- Provide assistance with equipment maintenance, disinfect cultivation rooms and irrigation equipment.
- Maintain daily inventory tracking system in accordance with company and Nevada State policies.
- Properly create tracking ID tags for plants and update stages of growth.
- Safe handling, use, cleaning, and calibration of all cultivation tools and instruments.
- Disinfect Cultivation rooms and irrigation equipment.
- Carry out daily cannabis cultivation duties in accordance with established SOP's
- Ability to take direction and communicate effectively, including carrying out verbal directives.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees, upper management, and other departments.
- Abide by and enforce all department safety programs.
- Adhere to all company and Nevada state policies in an ethical manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned including: assisting other departments and general facility maintenance.
- Function as a supporting cultivation team member, ability to work independently when necessary
- Ensure all department assigned objectives and deadlines are met.
- Employee must arrive to work on time.
- Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the Company and the state.

- Able to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed or as requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping other departments with tasks such as cleaning, moving supplies, equipment, and other task as assigned
- Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
- Must exhibit caution and reliability with the handling of product in regard to personal safety, as well as product safety.
- Help create a proactive and positive environment; a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce high-quality products while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals.
- Be able to work with, help, guide, challenge and motivate other team members in order to create a cohesive unit.
- Ability to research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals, as well as the quality of finished product, and useable by-product.

- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.
Required education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous cannabis manufacturing/cultivation experience: minimum 2 years.
- Combination of experience and education will be considered.
Additional requirements:
- Nevada driver's license or State ID card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must be approved by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board to receive and maintain an agent card.
