Position Summary:
The Post-Harvest Aide is responsible for manicuring wet and/ or dry flower from stalk and breaking down plants to process/trim to meet quality standards. Post-Harvest Aides are also responsible for tracking the trimmed batches including the manicured product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the unusable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices, as well as state and local laws and regulations.

- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to "waste" for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to "usable by-product: (trim) to the MIP.

Job Title: Packaging Aide

Position Summary:
The Packaging Aide provides manual labor to support the activities, operations, and management team of the Packaging Department abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Essential Functions

- Employee must package the product without degrading the quality, weighing it on a state-certified scale to an exact weight and placing the product in the bag without damaging the product.
- Properly note all packages and product increments on the proper form for reconciliation.
- Employee is responsible for printing labels for each package and adhering them to the bag.
- Employee is required to fill the bags with nitrogen, close them and heat-seal them according to company policy and procedure.

POSITION SUMMARY: The ideal candidate for Shift Supervisor excels at setting a good example and keeping coworkers motivated. A natural leader with mastery of our inventory of products and top-shelf customer service skills. But running a dispensary is always a joint effort, and the Shift Supervisor will also work with the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Manager to make sure everything on the dispensary floor is running smoothly and according to rules and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service to the patients and customers
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and strive to train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Store Manager
- Assist all staff members in the consultation of all patients and customers to ensure that the employee is empowered and informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently.
- Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers
- Reporting of team member issues or patient situations
- End-of-day daily update emails

- Update expenses into the Spreadsheet with the Date,Vendor, Invoice # or Description, Receipt Number, and an original copy of the receipt.
- Complete vault counts daily with the help of Manager or Lead to Verify the Counts for the Day
- Balance Reconciliation Spreadsheet in Excel
- Verify registers are closed correctly in the evening and cash is put away for the following day to be counted
- Analyze and Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
- Help establish store culture and set example for the staff with attendance, work ethic and professionalism

Position Summary:

The Post-Harvest Aide is responsible for manicuring wet and/ or dry flower from stalk and breaking down plants to process/trim to meet quality standards. Post-Harvest Aides are also responsible for tracking the trimmed batches including the manicured product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the unusable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices, as well as state and local laws and regulations.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Receptionist you will be responsible for all the front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, phone messages, filing and emails in a timely manner. Position Summary:
The Inventory & Fulfillment Aid (IFA) supports IFT personnel and ensures timely shipment and tracking of all customer orders and outbound facility parcels and assists in maintaining internal quality control and compliance standards in all aspects of parcel preparation and shipment. The IFA position requires daily coordination with external distribution vendors, customers, and SSAC's IFT supervisors and sales teams, to guarantee continuity of service and customer experience. This position requires previous knowledge and experience in an inventory or fulfillment role.
Essential Functions:

- Adheres to preparation and departure schedules
- Stocks distribution and fulfillment packaging materials, equipment, office supplies, and consumables
- Performs daily data entry updates to the company's inventory and shipping software to reflect accurate progress status of all orders on a daily basis.
- Coordinates pickups and deliveries with distribution vendors and follows pre-ship checklists to ensure accurate and compliant ships
- Creates and transmits compliance documents for all customer orders as needed
- Stages and sorts outbound orders by sales priority
- Communicates with IFT personnel on difficulties encountered
- Strictly adheres to all department procedures, controls, logs, and forms necessary to accurately track inventory, and prepare, stage, and track, all customer orders
- Ensures all product storage areas are left secured, organized and clean
- Abide by all department safety programs
- Adhere to all company and Nevada state policies in an ethical manner
- Performs other duties as may be required from time to time including assisting other departments and facility maintenance
- Ensure all department assigned objectives and deadlines are met
- Perform physical tasks such as grasping, lifting, walking, standing, and repetitive motions for long periods.

- Able to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed or as requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping other departments with tasks such as cleaning, moving supplies, equipment, and other tasks as assigned

- Understanding and execution of learned techniques, policies, procedures, and goals of the Company and affiliates, with an emphasis on continual personal growth and goals achievement
- Knowledge and understanding of local and state laws and statues relating to cannabis
- Show self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all members of their staff and the company, as well as with their direct supervisor
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and other team members.
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment, while not overstepping chain of command
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in an indoor cannabis cultivation facility, which may be odorous at times.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with equipment and products
- Must be able to work in temperatures as low as 55F for up to 2 hours at a time
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 1+ years employment experience in a fulfillment or inventory related role
- Experience with OSX & PC operating platforms and all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or their Google application-equivalents
- Must be capable of working independently to effectively execute all tasks on time
- Perform all job functions under stress while maintaining attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Additional Requirements:

- Nevada driver's license or State ID card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must be approved by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board to receive and maintain an agent card.
