We are currently looking for talented individuals with great customer service and a passion for the cannabis industry. The position of 'Dispensary Consultant' (a.k.a. 'budtender') at our organization requires the following:
Qualifications:

- Must have fundamental knowledge on cannabinoids, terpenes, cannabis as medicine, extracts, tinctures, and topical cannabis. Knowledge of popular cannabis strains is a mandatory requirement

- Available to work 6.5 - 7 hour shifts with a 30 minute lunch break Mon-Sun (Up to 28 hours a week).
- Available to work a mix of both morning shifts (7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) and evening shifts (2:15 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) with growth opportunities
- Outstanding work ethic. Professional attitude and demeanor
- Diligent with cash handling

Summary Of Position:
- Responsible for the barcoding all incoming inventory
- Responsible for counting inventory during intake
- Responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager during the intake process.

- Examine merchandise to ensure that it is sealed and properly labeled for sale.
- Precise and consistent placement of barcodes.
- Responsible for following instruction from management on where to place barcodes.
- Must be meticulously accurate with barcodes to help mitigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure that products are being barcoded with the correct label.
- Barcoding in a timely manner in order to ensure proper flow of inventory.
- Facilitate dropping of new products as directed by Inventory Manager.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Inform Inventory Management team of items running low, sold out items, slow selling items, and any other inventory issues as noticed to keep product consistently stocked on the floor.
- Review and adhere to the policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department.
- Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Report damaged inventory to the Inventory Manager.
- Abide by all safety, health, and security rules.
- Adhere to best practices and procedures as defined by management.
- Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.

- Responsible for managing a team of up to 10 dispensary consultants at a time, and ensuring that all subordinates are following their duties.
- Responsible for managing our online menu and point of sales software. Required to develop a high level of expertise in this software for assisting with troubleshooting.
- Responsible for keeping our retail environment operating at maximum efficiency, and collaborating with other managers to develop and implement our retail strategies.
- Management of spreadsheets using Excel and Google spreadsheets with a high degree of diligence.
- Maintaining crucial logs and chain-of-command documents.
- Conducting pre-shift meetings, staff meetings, and training sessions.
- Responsible for training new staff members.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, offering fair prices, and dispensing a great selection of cannabis products for our members.
We are currently looking for talented individuals with great customer service and a passion for the cannabis industry. The position of 'Dispensary Agent' (a.k.a. 'budtender') at our organization requires the following:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience is a mandatory requirement.
- Fundamental knowledge on cannabinoids, terpenes, cannabis as medicine, extracts, tinctures, topical cannabis, and knowledge of strains is a mandatory requirement.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis regulations in California.
- Available for 6-hour shifts a week (30 hours a week).
