- Have an expert understanding of retail POS systems, inventory management, internal communication, and cannabis-specific operational requirements/systems within the state of California. An understanding of METRC and Cannabis related compliance a plus but a not requirement

AGM- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional brand experience for our customer by understanding and solving their needs while creating ways to positively impact their lives
- Create an exceptional team environment and culture that aligns with our company objectives and values
- Responsible for growing sales revenue through the execution of Solful’s customer experience culture
- Monitor Sales and all KPIs by analyzing company statistical reports and by monitoring the team’s customer experience interactions
- Directly supervises all store day to day front of house operations including customer entrance, sales floor, dispatch/delivery, and POS
- Implement and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist the General Manager in providing feedback on SOPs being developed
- Ensure that the Floor Supervisor team embodies Solful’s “Leadership Traits”
- Establish effective and positive communication amongst all team members and facilitates communications from the team to the General Manager
- Assist GM in leadership meetings - preparation, participation, and action items related to regular meetings
- Assist GM in interviewing for top talent that positively contributes to the customer experience by utilizing tools and practices that align with Solful’s objectives and values
- Reinforce the ongoing customer experience, operational, and product knowledge training in conjunction with Solful’s Learning and Development Manager to support team member growth and development
- Executes ongoing performance management and assists GM in annual performance reviews of direct reports
- Partners with the Assistant GM of Inventory Control to ensure a well organized and fully stocked sales floor
- Participates in Loss Prevention and monitors for Internal, External, and Paperwork shrink
- Participates in weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to all cannabis regulated compliance
- Maintain all cannabis compliance guidelines and SOPs
- Ensures compliance on all SOPs in regards to cash handling, keeps flawless records, and ensures timely pickups in conjunction with Armored Services
- Oversees security protocols and instore radio communication
- Completes daily schedules that support the needs of the business while adhering to all break, meals, and overtime guidelines
- Store Expense Management - manages store expenses in line with store level budgets
- Collect team feedback for Supplies for all aspects of the business, including necessary work materials, equipment, cash and change, and team member food/beverages
- Communicates facilities needs to General Manager in a timely manner
- Participates in executing and driving in store events
- Execution of store visual guidelines including floor planograms and promotional/event set up
- Oversees the POS and ensures that all cashiers are adhering to Solful’s cash handling procedures
- Reports team member accidents to the GM and assists in documentation
- Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents reported to the General Manager
Physical Requirements
- May have to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to move about a retail store for long periods of time during a workday
- Possible significant manual dexterity at times for keying in data

POSITION SUMMARY
The Packaging Technician is responsible for correctly, safely, and efficiently packaging cannabis products. This role will prepare, package and label cannabis goods in compliance with state and local regulations.
PACKAGING TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weigh and process cannabis products.
- Label jars and packaging subject to Solful QA standards.
- Ensure accurate labeling and secure transportation of products.
- Enter data into tracking systems.
- Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain excellent organization and communication.
- Maintain highest quality standards while handling products.
- Break plant material off stem and stalk in order to separate unusable waste from usable product.
- Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment according to scheduled production needs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work well in a group and independently and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
- Able to understand policies and procedures and follow appropriately.
- Able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive direction from their managers to help maintain quality standards and production goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects while completing essential functions, and stand for long periods of time.

- Must have a clean driving record.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- This is a part-time, temporary position and will be scheduled based on the needs of the business.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Packaging Technician is responsible for correctly, safely, and efficiently packaging cannabis products. This role will prepare, package and label cannabis goods in compliance with state and local regulations.
PACKAGING TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weigh and process cannabis products.
- Label jars and packaging subject to Solful QA standards.
- Ensure accurate labeling and secure transportation of products.
- Enter data into tracking systems.

Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that Solful delivers an unparalleled customer experience that embodies the “Solful Standard.” The Shift Supervisor assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing the customer experience on a day-to-day basis and directing Check In Hosts and Health and Happiness Consultants according to daily checklists and task delegation tools. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service, and helps support communication between management and the team, assists in training, and upholds safety standards, product knowledge and education. The Shift Supervisor should encourage and model safe work practices and demonstrate a strong commitment to Solful’s Mission, Values, and Team MemberHandbook. This position directly supervises the Check-In Host and Health and HappinessConsultant positions and acts as the responsible team member on duty in the absence of theManager and/or Assistant Manager.

JOB DUTIES Below is a list of jobs duties that are specific to the Shift Supervisor position. However, the ShiftSupervisor may be asked to complete or oversee tasks that are outside the general job description.
DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Supervision of sales floor, lobby, and back of house while on duty to deliver optimal customer experience and task management of the team in store
- Coordinating with management to communicate current promotions and other important communications to the team in store
- Maintaining an organized and well stocked retail environment
- Responsible for signage on the floor being accurate and in good condition
- Product retrieval from storage room for restocking
- Supervisor level register approvals
- Managing customer flow from the lobby to the retail space, indicating when to open additional registers, and ensuring team members take breaks and lunches at optimal times
- Performing all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures, end-of-day cash handling, and cash register management
- Assisting to effective and positive communication among all team members
- Assisting Assistant Manager in maintaining proper coverage ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards and team members adhere to meal and break policy
- Ensuring all cash handling procedures are upheld while on duty; is accountable for store funds while running a shift
- Follows and directs team members to follow policies, procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents to the Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Reports/documents team member accidents and incidents in the interest of maintaining a safe and respectful work environment
RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING
- All customer related daily tasks such as greeting, consulting, transaction processing
- Opening/Closing duties including cash handling, restocking and cleaning the retail space, general cleaning of the store.
- Merchandising and organization of retail space
- Monitoring and ensuring exceptional customer experience
- At times, important inventory management functions such as inventory counts and product intake and processing
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a cash register, credit card machine, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Requires normal range of hearing.
- Requires close vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus. Requires lifting up to
50 pounds occasionally.

- Work is performed in a busy cannabis dispensary and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
