POSITION TITLE: Inventory Fulfillment Manager
POSITION STATUS: Full Time/Exempt
POSITION RANGE OF PAY: $40,000-$50,000
Job Description
Sol Flower is looking for an Inventory Fulfillment Manager who can become an integral part of our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and passionate, able to beat deadlines, and is tech-savvy. The Inventory Fulfillment Manager oversees all inventory and fulfillment coordinators. A successful inventory manager is reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset. The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives while being compliant.
INVENTORY FULFILLMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBLITIES:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- In charge of all incoming orders from wholesale and vendors; Liaising with brands and distributors to coordinate deliveries.
- Overseeing receiving and stocking of all orders.
- Accurately fulfill orders in a timely-manner.
- Ensure Inventory transactions are timely entered and updated.
- Ensure all cannabis reconciliation is regularly completed in our seed- to- sale software to maintain compliance.
- Track movement of all cannabis within building and between departments.
- Oversee dispensary inventory needs.
- Create and maintain necessary records and inventory reports for all cannabis and non-cannabis products.
- Perform inventory and miscellaneous analysis as needed.
- Coordinate communication between departments regarding inventory movement including packaging, testing, waste and more.
- Maintain internal tracking document for all procurement.
- Learn and maintain continual awareness and understanding of complete set of specific rules and regulations determined by the law and by the commission.

TITLE: Data Entry Technician
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Data Entry Technician is responsible the material conversions, sample manifestation, and sample ordering in Confident Cannabis. Additionally, the Data Entry Technician will be responsible for the monitoring, organization, and maintenance of set par levels on all Extraction Lab inventory items. Outside of their principal duties, the Data Entry Technician position is expected to maintain GMP/GDP standards and follow lean management practices for the Extraction Lab’s production areas as instructed by the Extraction Lab Managers, Supervisors, & Lead Technicians.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Material conversions within LeafLogix to represent current materials in process. This includes:
o Material Intake
o Grinding/Binning
o CO2 extraction (HTFSE)
o EtOH extraction
o Hydrocarbon extraction
o Solventless extraction
o Solvent recovery (Winterized hash oil)
o Decarboxylation (Fully activated oil)
o Distillation (Pass 1, 2 & 3 residue)
o Terpene homogenization (Food grade & HTFSE)
o Cartridge production
o Concentrate products (including all intermediate stages)
· Collecting and sample manifesting for all required analytical testing. This includes:
o Input biomass potency for reconciliation report
o Bulk unflavored distillate
o Flavored distillate for cartridge production
o Concentrates full panel with terpene testing
o R&D potency for process optimization
· Monitoring the OneDrive and providing daily updates from Shopify e-commerce site.
· Working with the leads of each sub-department within the Extraction Lab to set consumable par levels and maintain inventory needs.
· Working with the Purchasing and Shipping/receiving departments on expected delivery dates, delays, and/or returns.
· Inventory control
o Monitor packaging supply par levels for the following SKU’s:
§ CSF cartridges
§ Botanica cartridges
§ Sol Flower concentrates
§ arae concentrates
§ Sol Flower tinctures
o Monitor consumable par levels
o Supply requests
· Documentation
o Ensuring all supply chain documentation is properly filled out.
§ Receiving/signing packing slips & updating inventory
§ Reviewing materials consumption logs
§ Submitting weekly reports/requests to leadership
o Ensuring documentation is submitted in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
· A High School Diploma or GED required.
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Any specific education or experience working with chemistry, within a lab environment, or performing essential oil extractions in another industry is preferred, but not required.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
· Direct experience or knowledge on the extraction of essential oils, proper lab etiquette, or chemistry in general.
· Direct experience working with cannabis concentrate production.
· Direct experience working with laboratory glassware.
· Direct experience working in a laboratory or GMP production setting.
· High attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain internal inventory records.
· Computer skills including Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Read and speak English: Bilingual in Spanish helpful but not required.

Job DescriptionReports to the Inventory. Control/Wholesale Fulfillment Manager. Responsible to learn all aspects of physical inventory within the company and the processes associated with inventory control, packaging and delivery of wholesale flower or its various forms.
PACKAGER-FLOWER RESPONSIBLITIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Assists with all data entry for wholesale flower coming from Snowflake, including but not limited to the following:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist will be primarily tasked with computer hardware implementation, desktop software installation, IT Asset Management (ITAM) tracking, IT hardware troubleshooting and the resolution and documentation of end-user IT issues. Being part of an IT support team, this individual will need both technical expertise and strong communication skills to assist with daily help desk calls for both hardware and software support.
The ideal candidate must possess a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and utilize available resources to resolve issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must be excellent at multi-tasking, a self-starter, and possess strong organizational skills, while managing complex IT issues until resolution, and work autonomously within a team environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Provides technical support, assistance, and customer service to internal staff.
· Troubleshoots level 1 technical and network problems with computers, laptops, printers, video equipment, phones, software, scanners, projectors, user accounts and/or related equipment on sites.
· Prepares, updates, and maintains technical inventory database at site(s).
· Staff the helpdesk to resolve IT requests verbally, remotely or by submitting a work order if the resolution requires a site visit.
· Provides on-site or remote assistance via requests submitted through the helpdesk ticket system.
· Perform software and firmware updates, maintain and track IT asset inventory including, peripherals, IT accessories and hardware. Back up end user data, image and performs post image setup.
· Receives and/or transfers IT equipment; moves equipment throughout corporate locations based on district needs and fills out/submits transfer documents as required.
· Sets up technical equipment for team member level meetings, presentations, and in-services at site(s).
· Participates in/on a variety of meetings and /or teams related to technology.
· Maintains confidentiality of information accessed while performing duties.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
· Associate degree in Computer or Information Science-related field preferred.
· One to three years of relevant IT experience preferred.
· Previous IT experience in retail or cannabis industry preferred.
· Relevant experience troubleshooting point of sales and desktop software.
· Organized with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic understanding of information technology procedures, practices and terminology.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for leading the dispensary delivery logistics and operations. The Manager will provide overall direction on all logistics and route planning for Delivery Drivers and Supervisors to achieve best in class delivery operations and customer service. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish to include: planning deliveries, route planning, manifest generation fulfillment or packaging of all delivery orders, staging of orders, and batching of orders, in addition to collecting all fulfillment and sales reports, route plans and trip manifests, for proper documentation and compliance of all orders. The Manager will be directly responsible in reporting to Finance to include: establishing and maintaining Delivery Team metrics to achieve best in class delivery operations and customer service. The Manager will be responsible for establishing the department’s operational goals related to achieving service and cost-related metrics. This position will be assigned to one dispensary location. The normal shift is 40-50 hours per week in the office, though additional time may be necessary. This position may be assigned special projects, as determined by management. The Delivery Operations & Logistics Manager will report directly to the Director of Retail with a dotted line reporting to the General Manager of the given dispensary location.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
Operations
· Responsible for overseeing Delivery & Logistics department operations to include: route planning, delivery logistics, maintaining compliance, delivery driver management, and Financial Reporting to the Finance Department.
· Manage all operational functions of staff to include: order placement, fulfillment, trip plans and routes, driver assignments, and associated sales and logistics involved in the movement of products to qualified patients and caregivers.
· Continuously revise and implement strategies/tactics to achieve best in class customer deliveries and order placement practices to evolve to reach our goal of delivery from point of order to home in 30 minutes or less.
· Establish and maintain “delivery in full on time” (DIFOT) service, setting and achieving department Key Performance Metrics in coordination with the Director of Retail.
· Track and maintain daily delivery operations financial impact through Gross Sales, Discounts, Net sales Costs, and income. In addition to tracking ancillary costs incurred such as vehicle maintenance, gas, etc.
· Provide management and oversight to entire Delivery Team, including assist in hiring, performance reviews, coaching, timesheets, etc.
· Responsible for vehicle inventory including but not limited to, as it relates to daily service and cleaning, scheduled maintenance, registration and other needs for the related vehicle.
· Collaborate with Delivery Team to establish new or more efficient processes and increased departmental metrics.
· Responsible for overseeing the daily organization, filing and maintenance of all documentation relevant to delivery sales and processes.
· Responsible for working with Accounting personnel with needed sales documentation for bank reporting completion.
· Ensure all completed delivery paperwork is scanned and saved in both electronic and hard copy form and located in the proper system or physical location for compliance reporting and audits.
· Responsible for all reporting and tracking, including data entry and oversight of cashless payments, route tracking and any additional tracking through other standardized procedures within the department.
· Oversee management of the delivery schedule, for drivers and patient orders in an efficient and timely manner, and additionally provide customer support for questions or returns.
· Process and manage all customer return paperwork, sales invoices, trip plans and driver documentation, in addition to maintaining and updating systems and documents as changes occur to staff or processes in department.
· Act as primary administration interface between Retail Management, Inventory Manager and Finance, regarding Delivery & Logistics program.
· Oversee any other transactions or transitions as the company and/or department continues to grow and develop, this encompasses other duties assigned by management.
· All other duties as assigned.
Compliance
· Verification of all outgoing orders for completion and compliance purposes.
· Assist with DHS Audits by gathering and completing a final audit of all Delivery invoices and routes; assist in any other areas where similar needs are identified.
· Manage all documents related to Logistics and Delivery such as dispensary ATOs; sales logs, trip plans, additionally maintain all records, and disperse to all departments and parties as necessary.
· Process, and assist with creation and reporting of all customer return paperwork and sales invoices, trip plans and driver documentation.
· Act as first point of contact for Delivery Driver security issues
· Ensure all completed delivery paperwork is scanned and saved in both electronic and hard copy form
· Work closely with General Manager and Director of Security and staff to assist/participate in Quarterly Driver Security panic button tests, SOP reviews and training updates.
Financial Reporting
· Establish and maintain Delivery costs.
· Focus on and successfully identify opportunities to increase Delivery Division revenue by establishing new or more efficient processes and increased departmental metrics.
· Work closely with Accounting Department relevant to delivery sales and processes; assist with verifying customer invoices to payment verification, and departmental reporting.
· Assist Accounting personnel with needed sales documentation for bank reporting completion.
· Responsible for the completion of all incoming cash payments and reports, forwarding questionable items and deposit reports to accounting when needed.
· Assist with all reporting and tracking, including data entry and oversight of cashless payments, route tracking and any additional tracking through other standardized procedures within the department.
Software Management
· Designated point of contact of Fleet Management System.
· Manage all customer contact updates, both in fleet management software program and CRM / POS software.
Training & Management
· Assist in Management of schedule and serve as the primary scheduler for the Delivery Drivers
· Assist with oversight, mentoring and coaching of Delivery Drivers; serve as a point of contact for other employees when the General Manager or Retail Floor Managers are engaged in other activities, away or on vacation.
· Manage Delivery Team, including hiring, reviews, coaching, timesheets – all encompassing.
· Assist with any other transactions or transitions as the company and/or department continues to grow and develop, this encompasses other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
· Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a criminal background check;
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record;
· High school diploma or equivalent required;
· Three years of related experience to include at least one year of management experience;
· One year of Logistics software experience preferred;
· One year of inventory control experience preferred;
· Experience in time management and working independently while simultaneously working and coordinating with others and maintaining a productive team environment;
· Ability to train new drivers regarding routing and trip plans and all required patient documentation;
· Ability to train others to use navigation systems and iPhone fulfillment app or delivery software platform effectively;
