Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using our Point of Sale system to ensure transactions and all other relevant information is recorded and tracked accurately.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.
- Ensuring standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Responding to customer complaints and comments by following the proper chain of command.
- Updating management or your team lead on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
- Interacting with customers and identifying and assisting in resolving issues.
- Completion of orders made in the store as well as ordered through our online platform.
- Assistance with product packaging, inventory management, inventory security, and cash security.
- Receives payments and issues receipts as well as prepares financial reports and cash counts.
Employment Requirements:

Assist the store General Manager in the daily operations of the store. Specific duties include maintaining inventories and store appearance, completing daily paperwork, and answering customer inquiries. The job requires leadership skills while ensuring efficient and effective stores operations on the sales floor. The Manager will function as the supervisor for all employee, technical, non-technical and compliance functions in the dispensary. Under the direction of the General Manager (GM), the manager provides effective leadership in order to ensure the customer experience exceeds expectations every day.
· Coordinate and facilitate all the store’s transactions and operations.
· Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees.
· Liaise with law enforcement, local and state officials, vendors, and local community.
· Implement company policies and ensure staff adhere to best practices.
· Inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience.
· Consistently delivers the ultimate customer experience in all facets from customer entry to exit.
· Be the responsible party at the dispensary, resolving all employee or customer-related conflicts and issues.
· Supervise security systems for tracking, record keeping, record retention, and surveillance related to all products at every stage of storage, delivery, and sale.
· Be the main contact for onboarding and training of new staff members.
· Ensure store activities and staff are in compliance with State’s guidelines, including the Department of Health and any other regulatory bodies.
· Facilitate store inspections.
· Be in charge of staff scheduling and duties.
· Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures.
· Oversee product quality control, pulling all products that do not meet quality standards.
· Oversee inventory management to ensure inventory is consistently accurate, up to date, effectively ordered and replenished, and that there is no loss or theft.
· Oversee cash handling.
· Be in charge of staff training schedule, ensuring all training is being conducted, and tracking and coordinating new training.
· Confirm that the physical environment is safe, sanitary and that all equipment is in good working order, and that all preventative maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
· Supervise online ordering program and delivery operations, as well as related staff.
· Supervise inventory management and weekly ordering process as requested.
· Conduct and supervise store opening and closing activities.
· Performs all Manager on Duty (MOD) functions.
· Maintains employee forms and personnel files.
· Issues Disciplinary Warnings and actions accordingly as well as fills out all HR personnel-related forms and carries out hiring and separations.
· Fills out and submits incident reports.
· Conducts staff meetings and provides leadership in all aspects.
· Handles and supervises deliveries.
· Conducts interviews as required and employee reviews.
· Reports issues, staff updates, and operation updates to General Managers and Owners.
· Performs compliance audits and reports results to GM and Owners.
Physical Requirements of the Job:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 25 pounds. Moderate noise levels.

Occasionally, daily responsibilities will vary outside of standard job duties. Additionally, the VP of Manufacturing and Cultivation implements and maintains the Company policies and procedures and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. Training & Development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Management, Horticulture, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Plant Biology, Chemical Engineering, other). Master’s preferred.
- Must have 10+ years’ experience working in a cannabis field in a management capacity.
