SUMMARY:
The Processing Associate, aka Trimmer, is primarily responsible for hand trimming (perpetual trim) cannabis in preparation for sale. In addition, the Processing Associate, aka Trimmer, is expected to assist in harvesting and pre-packaging and perform other duties in cure and farming as assigned.

SUMMARY
The Administrative and Compliance Manager is responsible for all production compliance and administrative functions within the policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by all applicable internal company, local, state, and federal rules and regulations. It is imperative that the Compliance and Administrative Manager stay abreast of rulemaking changes for all relevant licensing authorities, specifically the state Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations. Furthermore, the Compliance and Administrative Manager is required to work alongside the Production Operations Manager to achieve compliance with all company SOPs and all regulatory agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance
- Adhere to the company mission statement and core values and maintains high ethical standards and professionalism in all business interactions
- Understand the complexity of compliance requirements including the following types of regulatory agencies: Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Fire Department, City Zoning and Planning
- Monitor and maintain all security cameras and DVRs, maintain logs and required documentation
- Visitor screening and reception, accept packages/deliveries/mail

The Silver Stem Fine Cannabis (SSFC) Budtender is responsible for representing Silver Stem on the retail level and is the face of our brand. The SSFC Budtender is the primary employee that will interact and leave the largest impression on our patrons. It is the shared goal to lead our patrons to fully enjoy their experience, gain knowledge on our product and other cannabis products, and ultimately return to our establishments in the future. The SSFC Budtender is also responsible for maintaining functionality, efficiency, and fluidity throughout the store and among all levels of SSFC Staff, Corporate, vendors, and others.
