Position: Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary: We are looking for an inside sales representative to help with the wholesale of our cannabis products and services. Candidate must have previous experience of B2B sales within the cannabis industry. This includes interaction with any cannabis supply chain businesses, including brands, distributors, manufacturers, cultivators and retailers. You will solicit licensed cannabis businesses throughout California to solicit our wide arrange of services and brands, while prospecting and qualifying deals. The ideal candidate has a “Hunter” sales mentality, is goal driven and self-motivated, energetic, healthy, friendly, easy to get along with, and enjoys a competitive ever-changing marketplace.You may also be required to provide Sales Support to Sales Management and other team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving sales revenue and market share by managing a defined group of cannabis supply chain businesses to achieve quota.
- Prospecting new clients, presenting and selling the products and services we represent.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Preparing proposals and presentations and giving product demonstrations.
- Maintaining records of all account activity within our database.
- Maintaining contact lists for each account.
- Serving as the first line of contact with customers.
- Travel may be required, including client meetings and special events. Must possess ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Education/Experience:
- 2-3 years of cannabis industry inside sales experience with proven track record of success (required)
- Must have a basic understanding of hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction based products.
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry, specifically in a sales role
- Experience in and knowledge of the cannabis industry in California is a major plus
- Age 21+
- NO past felonies or criminal record- must be able to pass a full background check

- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Commission-based sales experience candidates preferred

Summary/Objective
Monitors and executes botanical extraction, purification, filtration, distillation, and recovery of extraction solvent, under the direction of senior extraction technicians and/or Laboratory Director.
A goal of the job is to maintain productivity and quality of end products.
Responsibilities will also include reporting to the Lab Director/Supervisor on daily progress, maintaining extremely accurate records, overseeing and actively supporting when necessary the day to day manufacturing operations.
The Manufacturing processes include production and packaging of (but not limited to):
· Crude Oil
· Winterized Crude
· Distillate
· Shatter/Diamonds/Crumble/HTE/HTFSE/Sauce
Additionally as production deadlines require you may be needed to transfer shifts at our other nearby facility to assist with production and packaging for pre-rolls/tinctures/vapes/etc…
The Manufacturing Technician reports directly to the Lab Director and/or Shift supervisor.
The position has potential for advancement.
Hire will start on a probationary basis for the first 90 days (still full-time) at the completion of which permanent employment status may be offered.
This is an entry-level position, looking for candidates willing to transition to working our second shift and/or graveyard shift. Estimated hours would be 3:30pm-12:00am or 11:30pm-8am. Weekend availability a plus.

Ensures the comprehensive compliance of all Extraction Technician activities including; but not limited to:
Maintaining a safe working environment, following safety protocols, rules, and procedures at all times.
Work with the Lab Director to ensure goals and deadlines are being met in a timely fashion.
Inspect materials and supplies for manufacturing operations.
Confirm correct materials and appropriate quantities are used, report any discrepancies.
Recommend measures to improve production process methods and equipment performance while keeping quality of product in mind.
Set an example for effective communication within and outside the department.
Verifies that all necessary equipment needed is ready, clean, and in working order prior to the start of the shift, and upon the conclusion of work at that station.
Complete accurate, legible, and complete hand-off logs for the oncoming crew.
Notifies director, department manager, supervisor or maintenance department when repairs or adjustments to equipment are needed.
Ensures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensure all documentation is completely filled out and accurate. Including Batch records, pre/post op checklists, room and equipment log books.
Ensures and reviews all related Quality Assurance paperwork is completed throughout the shift and is submitted to manager at the end of each shift.
Ensures proper communication during changeovers between shifts.
Follows and enforces all company policies & procedures, GMP's, & Quality Standards.
Maintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free work place and reports any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.
Assists as necessary in the performance of all manufacturing activities and/or any other duties assigned.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility, both on work equipment and work areas.
Comply with all health quality standards as it relates to use of cleanroom apparel, hair nets, facemasks, as well as hygiene and grooming standards.

PLEASE READ: This position will require an FBI Level 2 Background Check through the City of Costa Mesa. If you cannot pass this do not apply. This process (which is a municipal requirement) can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months though 3 to 4 weeks is more common. Exceptional math skills – the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Comfortable working with the metric system. Detailed note taking and batch records will be required.
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Experience with track and trace software (Metrc, MJFreeway, Leaflogix, Biotrack, Trellis, etc...) a huge plus.
Cannabis processing experience is a plus.

Experience working in a laboratory environment, knowledge of clean manufacturing processes are a plus.

We are hiring an entry level Laboratory Technician to join our second shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday-Friday.
The candidate must be 21 years of age and able to pass an FBI, DOJ and local Police background check.
Looking for a candidate who is hardworking, focused and determined, shows initiative, takes pride in their work, and works well with a team.
Lab Technician duties will include the following:
· Pre-roll manufacturing
· Infusing different types of products
· Vape cartridge filling
· Folding and Inserting various products into their packaging
· Label application
· Facility maintenance
· Lifting and moving heavy items
Basic skills needed to perform above duties:
· Basic arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
· Critical thinking and problem solving
· Strong attention to detail to maintain product quality and accuracy
· Focusing on the task-at-hand for extended periods of time
