Sales Representative and Brand Ambassador
Do you have sales experience in the cannabis industry? We are looking for Territory Sales Representatives and Brand Ambassadors to cover Southern California focusing on the LA/San Diego area. If you do not have Cannabis sales experience with a record of success please do not apply.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and selling our co-packaging, white label services and proprietary brands to other brands, dispensary buyers and distribution partners. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
You will report to senior management and work closely with our operations teams to track inventories and develop sales campaigns. You will nurture existing client relations and work to achieve buyer’s needs and requests. You will be responsible for hitting sales targets and objectives and will be expected to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and work towards providing buyers and dispensary employees with a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in the cannabis industry is required
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Reliable transportation to and from work
Pass a background check
Hold a current driver’s license and a clean driving record
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Reach out and track prospects through cold calling and drive-bys
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions

JOB SUMMARY
This is an entry level position. The Manufacturing and Packing Operator is responsible for daily production activities including filling, packaging and labelling pre-rolls, flower and other products. The position requires a willingness to do repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. Requirements for this position include punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for proper performance of assigned production tasks meeting quality and productivity requirements.
· Efficient completion of final assembly and packaging processes.
· Product labelling and inspection of final product.
· Adherence to standard operating procedures, and assistance in creation of new ones for new processes.
· Completion of daily production records.
· May be required to move completed boxes of products.
· Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area.
· Reporting issues when they arise – this should be done quickly to minimize any impact on the efficiency of production.
· Quality checks of process or product in accordance with quality requirements.
· Maintaining all relevant documentation for the process.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience as a pre-roll production operator, especially in final product assembly and/or packaging preferred.
· Attention to Detail– must be able to maintain concentration and produce consistent product.
· Manual Dexterity – must have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to perform potentially tricky actions quickly and correctly for prolonged time periods.
· Basic mathematical skills – some basic mathematics may be involved, depending on the specifics of the facility and the product being manufactured/packaged.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· The job requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a semi-consistent basis.
· Must be able to sit and stand for sustained amounts of time.

EXTRACTION/DISTILLATION MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all managing and operating all elements of the lab process.
- Develop and maintain extraction and distillation operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee and assist with production of house and white label products.
- Maintain accountability and inventory of all raw materials, finished products, and by-products of the extraction process using Metrc.
- Train and assist team members to get equipment optimized for production.
Experience Desired
- Experience with ethanol extraction, preparation, and purification of cannabinoids.
- Supervisory experience, preferably in chemical process operations a plus.
- Experience with flower and bio-mass sourcing. Supply chain experience a plus.
- Experience with detailed record keeping, proper labelling and data tracking.
- In-depth understanding of compliance laws for the California cannabis industry.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of proven experience in Cannabis industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry is preferred. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of extraction methods and techniques, and a passion for cannabis extracts.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and subject to a background check per California Bureau of Cannabis requirements.
