General Description/Purpose

Packaging assistant in the day-to-day packing, labeling, receipt, and storage of products and undertaking delivery's, to meet quality standards and compliance with procedures.

Tasks and Nature of Work

1. Applies labels and handles aspects of final packaging of products;

2. Maintains quality standards in labelling and packaging of products;

3. Assists in supply inventory tracking;

4. Assist in batch packaging to ensure products will not be damaged during travel;

5. Ensures all batch counts are accurate

6. Maintains inventory control ;

7. Completes routine inspections and sanitation of production equipment and tools including workspace, relevant equipment, containers, and/or appliances;

8. Performs related duties as needed.

Recommended Experience and Education

Pre-roll Technician

General Description/Purpose

This position is involved in the pre-roll process maintaining the highest quality materials to produce cannabis cigarettes while achieving the company’s production goals.

Tasks and Nature of Work

1. Processes material from our grow rolling cannabis cigarettes to meet daily production goals, while ensuring highest quality product is maintained.

2. Operating the material grinder, knockbox, and scales to ensure proper performance in each station within the department.

3. Individually weighing each cigarette to ensure it is within the tolerance.

4. Properly store and maintain all pre-roll equipment used including scales, knockbox, papers, tubes, traps, and cleaning supplies.

5. Organization and sanitation of workspace/tools and materials.

6. Ensure the proper clothing and gear are used, i.e. lab coat, gloves, hair net, dust mask, etc. to ensure no contamination of the medicine.

7. Keeps up to date on industry standards, techniques and trends.

8. Conducts daily breakdown of rolling room, and thorough cleaning from top to bottom.

9. Turns in daily paperwork logging amount of material used, wasted and finished units completed.

10. Performs other duties as requested.

General Description/Purpose

Employee wears the proper attire including lab coat, booties/shoe covers, gloves, and hairnet;

• Cuts down plants in flower rooms; remove from trellis, one strain at a time;

• Cuts branches and place into bins for transport into Harvest Room

• Collects tags with barcodes from stalks for recording into the Harvest Inventory Log;

• Wet Trimming and Bucking down” flower from stems and colas,

• Resets harvest room as needed to include sweeping up wet waste, wiping tables, and designated bins with isopropyl alcohol to avoid cross contamination.

• Hangs plants for drying; remove trimmed branches from bins, place on lines in order required in SOPs

• Records plant waste weights in the harvest inventory log and enters info into Biotrack;

• Removes plants from lines and separates them by strain;

• Assists with running dehumidifiers and ensuring proper humidity is kept per SOPs;

• Weighs out flower and extract materials and records the weights for batching;

• Collects samples to be sent out for testing;

• Stages tote-bins for the trimmers;

• Performs other related duties as needed.

Recommended Experience

• One (1) year experience trimming cannabis preferred, with a general knowledge and understanding of cannabis.

General Description and Duties:
Manages a full-service cannabis dispensary with duties including but not limited to:

• Management of all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of New Mexico and standards set by Sacred Garden.

2. Operating the material grinder, knockbox, and scales to ensure proper performance in each station within the department.

3. Individually weighing each cigarette to ensure it is within the tolerance.

4. Properly store and maintain all pre-roll equipment used including scales, knockbox, papers, tubes, traps, and cleaning supplies.

5. Organization and sanitation of workspace/tools and materials.

6. Ensure the proper clothing and gear are used, i.e. lab coat, gloves, hair net, dust mask, etc. to ensure no contamination of the medicine.

7. Keeps up to date on industry standards, techniques and trends.

8. Conducts daily breakdown of rolling room, and thorough cleaning from top to bottom.

9. Turns in daily paperwork logging amount of material used, wasted and finished units completed.

10. Performs other duties as requested.

Recommended Experience and Education

1. Must have high school diploma or GED

2. General knowledge of basic arithmetic, conversion of metric to standard measurements;

General Description/PurposeThis position is involved in trimming the cannabis flowers to prep for packaging and resale.

Tasks and Nature of Work

• Receives a pre-weighed container of un-trimmed flower materials from the harvest team.
• Ensures all tools and work areas are clean and sanitized before starting the trimming process.
• Trims cannabis flower to remove the leaves and other unwanted particulates before entering the data into the log books.
• Logs the weight of A-grade flower, Secondary material and waste product.
• At end of shift, ensures that the work space and tools are clean and properly stored.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Recommended Experience

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in a high-volume cannabis production facility trimming flower and assisting with trimming functions.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
