The role:
As the Quality Control and Regulatory Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team and will report directly to the VP of Operations. The key functions of the job will be managing quality control processes and data, understanding state regulations, registering products at the state level and with the EPA, supporting the product development process and communicating with outside labs.
The Quality Control and Regulatory Manager will need to support the growing organization by maintaining quality assurance of current products by ensuring all inbound and outbound raw materials and products meet internal specifications. This person will also monitor quality control in the manufacturing process and help to develop quality and regulatory processes for products in development.

In order for the position to be a success, the candidate must be extremely organized, have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. The person must be motivated and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year

The role:
As the Director of Operations, you will own the day to day operations of the business,
reporting directly to the VP of Operations. The key functions of the job will be managing the operations team, supply chain, inventory control and production planning. You will oversee four direct reports that manage quality control, regulatory, order processing and logistics, purchasing, warehousing and manufacturing. Effective communication, analytical skills and experience with inventory control are essential for success.
Candidates must be extremely organized, demonstrate leadership skills and have excellent attention to detail. The ideal applicant is intrinsically motivated, growth-minded and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.
About you:
· Manage day to day operations of the company
· Inventory Control/Production Planning
· Supply Chain management
· Hands on involvement with 4 direct reports
· Data driven decision making
· Collaborate on and execute strategic plans
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Proficiency in Salesforce and Fishbowl is beneficial
