Position:
The Inventory Specialist main function is to help drive the teams towards the day's goals by accurately and efficiently receiving and fulfilling customer orders. Inventory Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that all monitoring of inventory is compliant with all RMD regulations. As an Inventory Specialist you will be part of a highly energetic and efficient work group handling all the amazing products we sell. This team is responsible for order retrieval and shipping, stocking, and counting products across multiple categories.
Authority & Supervision:
- Inventory Specialist will report directly to and be under the supervision of the dispensary Inventory Manager and any of specified members of the management team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to inventory controls policies to track and account for all marijuana, marijuana products, and non-marijuana products;
- Daily maintenance of menu, product storage, intake, and continuous live tracking with internal systems.
- Responsible for performing any quality control checks as directed by the leadership team.
- Responsible for accepting, tracking and processing all returns that occur at the point of sale; and daily reconciliation process.
- Accurately perform daily inventory duties including but not limited to proper storing, labeling, tracking, and reporting of inventory.
- Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products.
- Properly dispose of cannabis waste in compliance with RMD regulations
- Remaining compliant with established policies and procedures both for internal and state compliance.
- Maintain documents that aid in daily operations & create any materials that could streamline those processes;
- Help ensure that all shared space remain clean, tidy, and sanitized throughout workday
- Ensure to always remain compliant in both front and back of house with all state regulation at all times whether on the clock or not
- Undergo continuing education and improvement training programs paid for and facilitated by the company and any regulatory bodies when applicable
- Assisting with inventory control, labeling, quality assurance, and quantity verification as needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Light cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required
- Previous marijuana inventory experience is a plus but not required
- A positive approach to learning
- Outgoing / positive attitude
- Organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Time management skills
- Must be able to perform repetitive, tedious tasks without error
- Must be over the age of 21
Physical capabilities:

The Inventory Manager is responsible for the supervision of all in house inventory staff members and will be the deciding authority regarding the inventory department daily functions. This individual will report directly to and be under the supervision of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Implement procedures and notification policies for proper waste disposal;
- Maintain records, including operational procedures, inventory records, audit records, storage and transfer records, waste records, inventory personnel files, discrepancy & adjustment reports, etc.

- Maintain documents that aid in daily operations & create any materials that could streamline those processes;

Position:
The Marketing Director is a leading role with opportunity for growth. This hire will report directly to the COO and correspond directly with the owners to implement their vision for the store opening and beyond. We are looking for a self-motivated, and thoughtful professional who will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy.
We are looking for someone who is self-started and who can operate in a start-up environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Launch our store for Opening Day:
- Enhance our e-commerce website
- Create email marketing program
- Create a texting program
- Create social media campaign
- Manage PR team on press releases
- Work with the Director of Finance to create a budget for all marketing
- Get creative - We'd love to hear your ideas!
- Ongoing:
- Hire marketing team (staff and consultant assistance)
- Manage all marketing platforms: website, email, texting, social media etc
- Set and manage sales goals
- Work in tandem with Director of Finance and COO on marketing budget
- Manage Develops and implements sales campaigns
- Work with Open Newbury Street
- Manage pop-up shop plan to assist local small businesses in Boston
- Manage events
- Manage high profile guests
- Manage company's overall SEO strategy
Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Preferred: 3 + years of marketing and branding related experience
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in professional manner
- Passionate and knowledgeable about our mission
- Self-started and who can operate in a start-up environment

We are opening a new dispensary at 331 Newbury Street in Boston, MA. We are looking to hire an inventory manager with strong leadership experience. We are a mission driven organization with a focus on the complete customer experience. Position:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for inventory on a day-to-day basis as well as the required monthly inventory counts and waste disposal requirements. The Director of Inventory & Packaging will perform the comprehensive annual inventory audits in conjunction with Inventory and Packaging agents & other designated agents.

Authority & Supervision:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for the supervision of all in house inventory staff members and will be the deciding authority regarding the inventory department daily functions. This individual will report directly to and be under the supervision of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement inventory controls to track and account for all marijuana, marijuana products, and non-marijuana products;
- Implement procedures and notification policies for proper waste disposal;
- Maintain records, including operational procedures, inventory records, audit records, storage and transfer records, waste records, inventory personnel files, discrepancy & adjustment reports, etc.
- Remaining compliant with established policies and procedures both for internal and state compliance.
- Maintain documents that aid in daily operations & create any materials that could streamline those processes;
- Proper storing, labeling, tracking, and reporting of inventory.
Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Preferred: 2 + years of cannabis inventory, related experience.
- Preferred: 2- 5 years inventory management experience
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of software and standard operating procedures
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in professional manner
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cannabis
Physical capabilities:
- must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted
