Responsibilities and Duties:

The Revenue team is the driving force of Rooted Connect, and we are looking to add an Account Executive to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. Based in our Irvine office, a successful Account Executive will leverage influencing, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills to drive the adoption of the Rooted Connect platform. As an Account Executive, you will work with clients to understand how to use the system and what to expect. The right person will have a strong knowledge of SaaS and Digital solutions combined with communication skills and analytical capabilities to help shape how new and existing companies will grow. This role is for self-starters and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can close deals in a dynamic market, while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You are a good fit for this position if you are a goal-oriented overachiever with the drive to chase down clients and close deals.

• You will work closely with our Client Experience, Marketing, and Operations teams to grow our user base into new “expansion” markets

You will be persistent in pursuing new clients and help lead our Business Development Team into new territories

This role is for self-starters and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can close deals in a dynamic market, while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Prospecting small, medium, and large companies through emails, phone calls, meetings, and conferences/events while managing an efficient sales process

Scheduling “discovery” meetings and closing deals with potential clients, who will include managers, directors, and C-level executives responsible for the implementation of business solutions

Develop a deep understanding of Rooted’s technology and the ability to sell its value based on the client’s needs

Manage customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into your assigned territory

Overdeliver on revenue and growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Track daily sales KPIs and activity, and share those KPIs with management on a regular basis

Participate in industry events by attending trade shows/association programs

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships virtually and through regular site visits to ensure maximum client success

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years experience in sales, SaaS services, or other customer-facing roles. Experience with CRM preferred Experience with digital advertising or B2B SaaS products preferred Comfort with and ability to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment Strong planning and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively Strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with clients

Schedule:

Weekdays: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (May vary depending upon delivery location)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Salary + Commission

Location: Remote work. Working from home and several facilities Statewide.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Driver, you will need to be okay with driving for long hours. Our delivery drivers are the face of the company and must interact with the customers face to face. As a driver, you will be required to follow several compliance and company-wide rules in ensuring the safety of delivering cannabis.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be wearing many hats, depending upon the day and time of the day. Our Inventory Analyst assists in (1) Receiving METRC Transfers, cross-referencing METRC Manifest to Invoice to Physical items, confirming everything matches. (2) Properly inputting the data for the respective order. (3) Tagging and Organizing product by region, driver... etc. (4) Packing outbound items.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Live no more than 20 miles from the facility
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Able to lift, push, pull objects weighing 50 lbs or more with or without assistance
• Must pass the background check

• Excel and data entry experience
• Technologically Savvy
• Problem Solver
