Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Primary Function:
The Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist will perform a variety of routine AR/AP tasks. This individual will manage the day to day payables and receivables process, verify financial data, and maintain excellent client and vendor relationships.The ideal candidate is motivated and enthusiastic about maintaining and improving their receivables and payables processes. It also requires someone who is a quick-learner, positive, resourceful, able to exercise good judgment and initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of monthly receivables
- Apply payments to corresponding client accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Assist with new customer setup process and maintenance of customer profiles
- Manage registering business for sales tax in new states where equipment is sold
- Process all vendor invoices received
- Create and maintain vendor profiles
- Reconcile vendor accounts when needed
- Resolve any issues or concerns with clients and maintain positive working relationships through excellent customer service. Office Support
- Manage account payable processes including but not limited to, obtaining information regarding invoice payments, 3-way matching on all purchase orders, clarifying questionable invoice items such as pricing, and responding to vendor inquiries.
- Support purchasing activities
- Produce billing invoices, follow-up, and collection requests for account receivables
- Review AR aging report weekly and actively engage in collection efforts
- Provide Office support as as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for the company.
- Maintain composure when faced with difficult customers or associates and utilize office personnel resources for assistance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 3 or more years of AP/AR related experience
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience using software applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and remain calm under pressure and in stressful situations

Master Planner/Scheduler
RollPros is currently looking for an experienced Master Planner/Scheduler to support the production of automated machinery used in the cannabis industry. This person will work closely with our Manufacturing and Procurement team to forecast and create business plans around sourcing materials for our manufacturing line. Qualifying and building relationships with vendors will be a critical component of this role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of our Inventory Management System (Fishbowl) and develop processes around how this is managed and used within the organization. Set reorder and order up-to points based on anticipated consumption rates and lead times.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts used in our manufacturing line.
- Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
- Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality; implement subsequent changes to processes.
- Negotiate prices for raw material, hardware, and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
- Act as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of raw materials, hardware/components used in the automation industry, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications, part drawings, and component spec sheets
- Ability to interact well with internal and external customers
- Has experience operating within a budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- In?depth knowledge of ERP or MRP software
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years production planning experience in a related industry
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Good communications skills

The SEO Strategist ensures that the search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for the Company is implemented, including but not limited to, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Analyzes trends in SEM/SEO, researches and studies emerging SEM/SEO tools and methods and determines tools and methods to be used.

- Ensures SEM / SEO programs, including, but not limited to, opportunity analysis, campaign planning, audits and management are executed timely and correctly
- Ensures tactical SEM / SEO recommendations for website updates and category or product expansions are continuously updated

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- This position requires a minimum of five years of SEM / SEO experience using the tools and techniques required for analyzing search engine marketing and optimization performance in the B2B space is preferred.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing SEM / SEO initiatives and delivering effective results is imperative.
- Extensive knowledge of SEM / SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies is crucial.
- Advanced knowledge of SEM / SEO factors from a technical perspective, including, but not limited to, web strategies designed to maximize organic visits, rankings and overall hits is necessary.
- Expertise working with popular keyword tools, including, but not limited to, Google, AHrefs, Moz, and Keyword Discovery is required.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques within an organization, strong data analytics and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent attention to detail is necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary.
