CANNABIS TRIMMER: SALARY: $13.00-$20.00
OVERVIEW: Each member is expected to learn and execute trimming/manicuring cannabis to the standard set by the Trim Manager and Ripple Wellness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must possess the physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required including sitting or standing for long periods of time, ability to sustain repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms
- Capable of carefully removing dry buds from stems without breaking or damaging the dried product.
- Able to hand trim correctly and carefully without damaging or sacrificing overall quality of the finished product
- ·Ensure that harvested plants are assigned and remain in the correct Harvest Batch.
- Hand trim flower from marijuana plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product
- Meet daily / weekly production quotas
- Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis being trimmed regardless of density and/or structure
- Adjust techniques to maintain a steady pace without sacrificing the quality of output
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment to ensure quality of product is not being compromised
- Ability to perform a monotonous task correctly and consistently over long periods without diminishing quality of work. Strong attention to detail.
- Employees must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
- Expected to maintain a 3lb weekly minimum to maintain employment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize chances of contamination and wasted product
- Regularly clean scissors, work station, and tools used during the work day.
- Clean up and organize work station daily
- Conforms to new practices incorporated with seed to sale implementation
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Trimming experience is preferred, but willing to teach the right candidate
* After 8 week probationary/training period, must maintain a 270g minimum daily average.
* Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.
* Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks * Kitchen prep experience is a plus

POST HARVEST MANAGER:
SALARY:
OVERVIEW:The Post Harvest Manager is responsible for the oversight of employees and operations and continual monitoring of materials, product inventory, stock inventory, and equipment necessary to maintain a productive work environment. This position will ensure maximum efficiency and effective employee delegation is met within the Post Harvest Department while also fulfilling additional responsibilities as a supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and monitoring all harvests, weights and measurements; presentation; and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility in the processing area
- Oversee and supervise trim staff. Record, track, and maintain overall quality, and quantity of finished flower, trim, and waste.
- Coordinate all operations in the department including daily activities, supply requests, equipment requirements, training/developments, schedules, personnel, and quality assurance.
- Manage inventory of bulk and prepackaged products. Set Up appropriate stock levels, ensure proper volume of packages/products to meet production requirements
- Responsible for Quality Control and maintenance of all packaging equipment
- Responsible for day to day operations and overall performance of the post harvest/trim team.
- Keep all supplies organized and properly maintained.
- Responsible for accurate data entry regarding all aspects of Post Harvest Department.
- Maintain Cure Room conditions and monitoring of the cure process.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
- Responsible for packaging, labeling, and processing wholesale orders.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and dependability toward assigned tasks and duties
- Strong ethics and sound judgment
- Must be efficient and open to change
- The ability to lead and/or train a team if they become necessary to the operation of the department
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis is helpful but not required
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous management experience required
- Trimming experience is NOT required. However 2 years of experiences is preferred
- Proven experience as a team lead in a demanding environment
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.
