Revolution seeks to add a Security Officer in our Delavan cultivation center. Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of all assets at the assigned location according to established company standard operating procedure and post orders. Security Officers support organizational goals and culture, while remaining compliant with state/federal, and other regulatory authorities and organizations.
Job Duties Include:
- Interior foot patrols
- Exterior patrols on foot and/or in a vehicle
- Monitoring Video Surveillance System for suspicious/illegal/non-compliant activity and for various operation functions as determined
- Monitoring the Engineered Access Control system and following protocol for access to the facility and controlled areas within the facility.
- Maintaining visitor and employee logs
- Report writing post event, for operational information, and departmental documentation
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency personnel
- Administer CPR and First Aid measures until local EMS arrives if needed
- Weather monitoring and emergency response
- Monitoring and reporting violations of overall safety and security procedures throughout the assigned facility
Qualifications: * Minimum age requirement 21
- High School diploma or GED required, some college education preferred
- Great attitude and ability to follow direction
- Ability to successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI

Delta Medical Cannabis Company (DMCC) provides a wide range of high-quality Medical Cannabis products to patients throughout Arkansas. DMCC operates a licensed cultivation facility in Newport, Arkansas.
The production team member is responsible for daily tasks set forth by the Production Supervisor. Will have a role in all post-harvest processes including drying, curing, trimming, and packaging of cannabis products.
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor: Essential Functions
· Assist in the curing and drying process of post-harvest cannabis
· Trim and bucket drying cannabis based on Flower Grade
· Accurately and efficiently place bucketed cannabis into appropriate locations
· Ventilate curing flower as needed
· Perform moisture tests on drying flower
· Accurately and efficiently trim cured flower
· Accurately and efficiently weigh cured flower into appropriate units using a scale
· Label appropriate containers with correct face labels and barcodes
· Accurately place backstock product into vault
· Fill out paperwork including daily worksheets and other sheets given by Supervisor
· Fulfill orders of cannabis products
· Accurately follow and adhere to all compliance regulations set by the state
· Adhere to all biosecurity protocols set forth by the company
· Other duties may be determined or assigned by the Production Supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required

The Manager Integrated Pest Management (IPM) provides support to the cultivation team. Primary duties include developing and implementing an approved pest management program, pest and disease identification, supervising preparation and application of pest control products, leading the IPM team, and ensuring all Revolution approved workflows are followed, and maintaining regulatory and compliance records.
Essential Functions:
- Develop, implement, and keep current an approved Integrated Pest Management plan.
- Demonstrate innovation by staying aware of emerging trends and recommending new processes, products, training opportunities or techniques that will increase plant health, lower costs, or improve skills ensure that.
- Ensure plant health is optimized in a way that allows every plant to achieve its maximum genetic potential.
- Coordinate all activities of the spray teams including personnel, equipment, materials, training, monitoring, and problem solving.
- Develop, maintain, and report results from a scouting system in which problems are discovered and diagnosed early enough to implement effective control to keep pest pressure below an acceptable threshold.
- Ensure that all applications are completed in accordance with the label/ directions.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all fellow employees and across all departments.
- Develop and maintain a catalog reference guide/history of accurately diagnosed crop problems with pictures that are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with Manager, QA/PI to design IPM related experiments following sound scientific methods. Compile, analyze, summarize, and present data and recommendations.
- Adjust work schedule as needed to meet deadlines and accomplish all objectives.
- Work closely with QA/PI Manager in the development of all applicable Revolution IPM workflows. Ensure that all processes and procedures are accurate, up to date, and that they meet and or exceed all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the IPM Team to effectively monitor and diagnose pest and disease populations and other threats to crops at each stage of the growth cycle. Respond in compliance with Revolution IPM best practices.
- Manage all personnel, processes and programs associated with Scouting, Spraying and Fumigation. Work closely with Cultivation Leadership Team to ensure those processes are effectively communicated. Report problems or challenges without delay.
- Ensure that chemical inventory is accurate, and materials are stored and maintained in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain all necessary documentation to meet or exceed all inventory/compliance requirements.
- Ensure IPM equipment is maintained/calibrated in a manner that supports safe, efficient, and effective applications.
- Ensure that all personnel have the appropriate training, PPE, and certifications for their roles.
- Collaborate with QA/PI Manager to conduct any/all R&D trials to improve on current practices.
- Continuously research new IPM products and processes to identify opportunities to improve the IPM program efficacy.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to a facility-wide Biosecurity program.

Cross- Departmental Functions:

Required or Preferred Skills, Abilities, Licensures and Certifications:
- 5+ years of horticultural experience in a commercial cannabis facility, with primary responsibility for the Integrated Pest Management program.
- Degree in plant science, horticulture, or entomology is a plus.
- Must be able to qualify as an Illinois certified pesticide applicator within 90 days of employment.
- Experience in the fundamentals of plant biology required.
- Extensive knowledge of pest and disease identification.
- Experience with cultivation and IPM systems and the implementation of those systems.
- Experience in the management and implementation of standardized horticulture processes.
- Experience with the handling and application of pesticides, Bio-pesticides and be familiar with predatory control methods.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of biosecurity/sanitation processes in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels within an organization, particularly senior management.

Illinois – In the state of Illinois, certain accessibility and functionality within the dispensary is limited to those holding State Accredation of “Agent-In-Charge” or AIC. At Enlightened/Revolution, certain Cannabis Guides will receive Agent Accrediation and others will receive AIC Accredation based on the needs of that controlled accessibility and functionality (i.e. access to working in the vault unaccompanied). Within our company, the level of responsibilities and general duties of all Cannabis Guides, those holding Agent or AIC Accredation, are the same and there are no monetary merits or advantages for one over the other. At certain points in your employment you may be asked to apply for AIC accredation, but your job title and general responsibilities will remain the same, and therefore this change in State Licensing will not be considered a promotion or advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
· Consistently provide exceptional customer experience;
· Onboard customers and capture mandatory documents based on state regulatory requirements;
· Electronically file and organize documents;
· Answer telephone calls from customers, schedule appointments as necessary, and support any other administrative functions;
· Provide support to prepare for audits;
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies by adhering to and upholding a culture of accountability;
· Accurately utilize point-of-sale system and follow all policies around cash handling expectations;

Qualifications:

· At least 2-years of experience working in retail, hospitality, or health care organization is preferred;

· Basic computer skills, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, and cash handling experience;

· Full-time employees must have at least 6 days of open (all operating hours of the store including opening and closing shifts) availability to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts. Those applying for part-time positions must have night shift and weekend availability for 3 or more days each week;
· Must be at least 21 years of age;
· Must pass a thorough internal and external background check including a criminal history check by the State Police and FBI;
· Must obtain a Dispensary Registration Identification Card from the local governing department.

Enlightened – Assistant Store Manager: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is essential to providing a welcoming, safe, and educational customer experience at Enlightened dispensaries. The ASM will be responsible for upholding operational compliance with state laws and federal laws, ensuring efficient dispensary operations, supporting team development, perform Human Resources duties, oversee standardized procedures, and other duties assigned to you by the General Manager and Headquarter Team. The day-to-day ASM responsibilities will revolve around supporting the in-store team, fostering an exception customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations. In addition to general store duties, each ASM will have an Area of Responsibility (AOR) that can change throughout your time as an ASM.
As part of the Enlightened Leadership Team, you will be expected to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization and exterior stakeholders, in order to execute company goals, policies, and procedures in accordance with Enlightened standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing, supervising, and directing dispensary operations and staff;
- Participate in implementing best practices, regulatory processes, internal policies, and standardized procedures;
- Serve as the dispensary’s secondary point-of-contact in the absence of the GM;
- Manage daily communication through effective use of company tools and leading pre-shift meetings to ensure the team has information needed to perform for the day and know of company happenings;
- Assist with staff management by communicating hiring needs, opportunities for employee advancement, and pursue disciplinary action when necessary;
- Ensure staff training according to company guidelines, complete performance reviews, and employee development opportunities;
- Lead by example and uphold a culture of accountability and professionalism;
- Manage and provide training for internal staff to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service;
- Ensure the safety and security of customers and employees throughout all operations;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cannabis products on a local and national level;
- Closely follow state rules and regulations in order to disseminate details to staff and customers;
- Provide education to staff about local product offerings and cannabis administration methods;
- Assist the General Manager as needed, including Human Resources tasks such as creating employee schedules, managing store labor budgets, corrective action and general employee documentation needs;
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures;
- Manage the utilization of point-of-sale and seed-to-sale tracking systems;
- Ensure the dispensary remains compliant with all regulations and lead the team through state inspections without violation;
- Maintain state-mandated documentation and record keeping protocols as well as internal reporting requirements;
- Liaise with the corporate team to implement policies and fulfill dispensary needs;
- Maintain staff documents and ensure employee credentials remain valid for the entirety of the employment period.
Areas of Responsibility possibilities:
Community Outreach –
- Serve as a liaison to the local community;
- Develop and leverage community relationships with local organizations and affiliated ancillary businesses, in partnership with the headquarters Community Manager;
- Monitor and maintain dispensary communications via email, social media platforms, and in-store customer inquiries;
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Marketing Department to create social media strategies driven by standardized branding initiatives
Inventory Operations –
- Maintain inventory protocols according to both state regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Assist in the implementation of best practices, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures;
- Organize daily inventory audits and understand how to investigate & reconcile discrepancies;
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure loss prevention protocols are understood and followed by entire team;
- Inventory receipt management;
- Management of CRM software including but not limited to IHeartJane, Weedmaps, and Hubspot.
- Ensure accuracy of front-facing product menus;
- Liaise with internal organization and other external stakeholders to uphold brand integrity and company standards;
- Work alongside the headquarters Buying Team to ensure product assortment drives sales and traffic;
- Maintain store FIFO and work with Buying Team to determine liquidation plans on expiring products;
- Work closely with management team on new product arrivals to ensure staff education
Selling/Customer Experience –
- Orchestrate staff training on customer engagement and product knowledge to ensure best-in-class customer experience;
- Liaise with fellow managers to plan daily training topics in pre-shift meetings and maintain an educational cadence of topics for store;
- Track store team matrix on training topics and products covered;
- Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor to guide, coach, and lead the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis, utilizing downtime to coach in the moment with Cannabis Guides and peer managers to elevate selling and service;
- Be aware and create training plan of new products and company initiatives for entire team;
- Collaborate with headquarters Retail Operations Team on store communication and ensure messages are disseminated to store team;
- Follow up with team members on personal sales performance
Qualifications:
- Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment required;
- Strong and reliable work ethic;
- Compassionate customer service approach;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Must have reliable mode of transportation;
- Experience conducting HR tasks;
- High School Diploma or GED;
- At least 5-years of experience working in retail, hospitality or health care organization;
- Proven track record in ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships;
- Computer use proficiency including familiarity utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook applications;
- Point-of-Sale and cash management experience is required;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Must have Team Player mentality;
- Ability to problem solve in a professional manner;
- Self-starter with organized ability to multi-task;
- Must have availability to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
