Full Job Description
We are looking to employ knowledgeable and experienced CannAdvisors to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the CannAdvisor include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
To be successful as a CannAdvisor, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in cannabis laws to maintain legal compliance. Ultimately, an outstanding Advisor should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
CannAdvisor Responsibilities:1. Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.2. Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.3. Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.4. Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.5. Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.6. Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.7. Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.8. Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.Cannabis Advisor Requirements:1. Proven retail experience preferred.2. 21+3. A valid marijuana worker's permit or license.4. Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.6. In this newly created position, you’ll independently carry out the overall administration and management of the Human Resources department, working closely with senior management to support staff and the overall business needs. Key Job Functions of the Human Resources Director:
- Manage Employee Relations to promote an open line of communication
- Maintain compliance in all areas of Human Resources
- Consult with and train managers in best practices for hiring and retention
- Recruit, onboard and lead staff development programs
- Benefits administration, HRIS and human resource metric reporting
- Approve Payroll and record payroll entry into SAP
Qualifications of the Human Resources Director:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or retail environment
- Experience in the Cannabis industry is a plus
- HR Certification is a plus
- Ability to calmly manage the unexpected and develop win/win solutions

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively influence individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficient MS Office and video conferencing skills. Payroll/HRIS software experience is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will need to fulfill job duties. Specifically:1. Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance Resinate’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The AGM will oversee daily operations of the retail dispensary. Supporting the needs of the GM and sustaining a facility and staff to provide excellence in customer experience. The AGM will also work on community representation and engagement as the business and industry grows.
Key Tasks:
- Daily operations including opening and closing of the store, management of staff schedule and handling inventory.
- Understanding of all positions with the organization and being able to execute on all tasks.
- Interviewing, selection, onboarding and education of new staff.
- Preforming staff reviews, handling staff misdemeanors and terminations when necessary.
- Developing leadership amongst staff.
- Engaging in the surrounding community and representing the Resinate brand.

Extraction TechnicianResinate, Inc. – Douglas, MA
Job Description
The Extraction Technician works in the lab, performing extraction/refinement, formulation, packaging & QC sampling/testing operations. Day to day, this technician will focus on the extraction & refinement of cannabis oil; however, they will often participate in packaging functions, and when appropriate, conduct QC sampling, testing and/or analysis. The primary goal for this position will be to produce high-quality concentrates from cannabis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding production quotas, product quality, and client service goals
- Master various techniques for cannabis extraction, refinement, formulation, packaging, as well as analytical testing, while ensuring accuracy of data reporting in all processes
- Be aware of, and conform to, state & federal regulations regarding production and testing requirements
- Ensure accurate measurement and inventory; all products packaged, counted, sorted, and labeled accurately
- Support R&D projects
- Other duties as assigned by Extraction Lab Manager
Characteristics

- Experience with cannabis concentrates including live rosin, winterized oil, distillate, wax, shatter, crumble & dabs preferred
- Experience working in a regulated industry: food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Experience working in a GLP or GMP laboratory is preferred
- Experience with packaging & labeling in a GMP compliant laboratory preferred
- Experience working with chromatography analysis equipment, including HPLC and/or GC would be an asset
- HAZMAT training, CPR training and/or license to operate a fork truck would be assets
- Candidates will also be legally eligible to work in the USA and have a clean background
Physical requirements
Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods; requires consistent hand/eye coordination in a precise lab setting; ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
