We are currently looking to bring on board a creative and passionate Head of Marketing to devise innovative marketing strategies that expand the Randy’s brand and the sales of our products.
Position Title: Head of Marketing

Role Summary
The Head of Marketing is responsible for all marketing activity related to the Randy’s brand. This position will develop and execute robust DTC and B2B marketing strategies to ensure the growth of the brand throughout North America. This role will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all marketing activity, proving the success of executed strategies and tactics.
Duties
- Develop robust and innovative DTC and B2B marketing strategies and plans contributing to brand expansion and sales across North America.
- Partner with the Creative team to showcase Randy's brand for all marketing campaigns. Contribute strategic thinking to content planning.
- Work alongside the Sales team to understand performance of B2B strategies and optimize as required.
- Develop positive and effective working relationships with all teams for the successful development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Alongside the CMO, develop the marketing budgets as well as yearly acquisition, conversion, and brand awareness goals.
- Alongside the CMO, build robust customer retention strategies for the North American market.
- Attend planning and strategic meetings with department representatives to discuss plans and objectives, coordinate efforts, develop action plans and/or marketing advice.
- Report on all marketing initiatives as part of a larger strategy, using KPIs established by the CMO
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business is preferred
- 5 + years of experience in a comparable role in product marketing, startup, or technology industries
- Job requires a strategic, creative and innovative thinker with problem solving skills and a constant desire to improve.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working in digital marketing, including but not limited to: paid social, paid media, google advertising, partnerships, influencer marketing, organic social.
- Extensive knowledge working with marketing tools, such as: Google Analytics, Hubspot
- Strong knowledge of product marketing strategies for both DTC & B2B.
- Strong knowledge of building customer funnels, from acquisition to conversion, and being able to track and report on efforts.
- Project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and teams.
- Previous experience working in the CBD, hemp or cannabis-related industry is an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, and required to come into the office during regular hours.
