Job Description:
Sales Associates are responsible for providing a personal and phenomenal cannabis experience. This responsibility includes acting as a resource to each guest by providing appropriate cannabis knowledge and efficiently executing cash handling and point of sale transactions. This position requires working closely with Team Leads to see through daily opening and closing operations, while adhering to company, local, and state compliance policies. The Sales Associate position is a full-time entry-level position.
Specifications:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service; offer positive resolutions to customer inquiries
- Generate sales through interpersonal customer interaction and suggestive selling
- Efficiently perform register transactions without errors or shortages
- Communicate with Team Leads in order to uphold best store practices
- Conduct and assist with beginning or end-of-day business practices
- Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
- Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude to improve personal and store performance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures; follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment
- Assist as intake personnel when needed
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent in professional and life experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
- Previous customer service required. Cannabis industry experience is a plus!
- Possess basic math skills
- Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase/decrease hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.
- Full-time/8hr shifts
- Weekend and night availability is a must
- Shift times vary between the hours of 8:30am - 9:30pm
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Occasionally moves boxes of product within the store weighing up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for lengthy periods of time
- Constantly operates a tablet and other electronic devices
- The person in this position frequently communicates with guests to assist with their purchases. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

This position is responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members daily. The Delivery Driver is responsible for packing and delivering cannabis products to customers within our delivery perimeters. This position requires an excellent driver, comfortable with being on the road throughout the day and enjoying brief encounters with customers on occasion. They are to collect, route, and deliver online placed orders and properly record them in the POS software on their phone.

The position of Product Buyer is responsible for supervising and managing the store’s day to day inventory. They are responsible for operating within California’s Track and Trace system (METRC) in order to properly verify, receive, and organize all incoming products. Description:
The position of Product Buyer is responsible for supervising and managing the store’s day to day inventory. They are responsible for operating within California’s Track and Trace system (METRC) in order to properly verify, receive, and organize all incoming products. Product Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all products are compliant, accurate, and stocked at the storefront level. They are also responsible for properly investigating and reconciling all inventory discrepancies. The Product Buyer is someone who is extremely detail oriented, accountable, organized, passionate about cannabis and excellent customer service.
Specifications:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Efficiently and accurately receive, exchange, document, secure, and process incoming inventory
- Ensure all products are compliant and meet all DCC requirements
- Complete daily, monthly, and yearly inventory audits and investigate any discrepancies
- Update POS system and online menu with pictures, descriptions, and cannabinoid details
- Identify products close to the expiration date and expedite sales of the batch before the financial loss (FIFO)
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
- Create and maintain business relationships with brands and vendors
- Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
- Must have a high level of organization and attention to detail

Description:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for packing and delivering cannabis products to customers within our delivery perimeters. This position requires an excellent driver comfortable with being on the road throughout the day and enjoying brief encounters with customers while providing professional and phenomenal customer service. They are to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of each delivery order and are to collect, route, and deliver online placed orders and properly record them in the POS software on their smartphone.

- Communicate with dispatch clearly and concisely before and during deliveries.
- Drive safely and abide all traffic laws
- Safely utilize smartphone apps to process POS transactions, communicate to the hub, and navigate GPS

- Adhere to routing/schedule guidelines and parameters to deliver according to schedule; only stopping for breaks, meal period breaks, and vehicle maintenance.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to help grow the Purple Heart brand. In this role you will be responsible for helping us build a best-in-class social media presence across multiple platforms that will connect with our community, support our brand values, and increase brand love and loyalty. The position of Product Buyer is responsible for supervising and managing the store’s day to day inventory. They are responsible for operating within California’s Track and Trace system (METRC) in order to properly verify, receive, and organize all incoming products. Product Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all products are compliant, accurate, and stocked at the storefront level. They are also responsible for properly investigating and reconciling all inventory discrepancies. The Product Buyer is someone who is extremely detail oriented, accountable, organized, passionate about cannabis and excellent customer service.
