We have an exciting opportunity for Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions for the Missouri medical cannabis market into a reality. Our Part-Time Brand Ambassadors, based in St. Louis, MO, will increase our brand recognition and loyalty through in-person marketing initiatives in their assigned territories. The schedule will be 20-25 hours/week (working Thursday, Friday and Saturday), with a competitive pay rate of $15/hour and anticipated start date of June 1st.
Responsibilities:

(75%) Increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and sales in assigned territory. This work may include but is not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to research and analyze assigned markets to understand customer trends and competitor activity;
- Building a localized plan to increase brand awareness and product consumption;
-
Identifying distribution opportunities around target campuses;
- Articulating the company’s mission, vision, and goals to assigned market;
- Educating potential customers and dispensaries about the company’s products in assigned territory;
-
Becoming the local face of the brand through networking and targeted events;
- Building rapport with customers and vendors;
- Assisting the local sales team to ensure distribution and visibility in dispensaries close to target campuses;
- Developing relationships with campus influencers to build brand loyalty among a variety of groups in assigned markets and campuses;
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

(25%) Tracks success of various marketing strategies. This work may include, but is not limited to:

Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department;
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns;
- Participating in sales & marketing meetings, trainings, and workshops as necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or currently enrolled in such a program;
- Experience in marketing/promotions of consumer packaged goods, or an internship interacting with consumers of packaged goods;

Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment;
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality;
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools;
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks;

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Must be 21 years of age or older;
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date, which includes submitting fingerprints and passing criminal background check & MVR.
Preferred:
- Interest, knowledge, passion for the medical cannabis industry.
This position requires the ability to work seated or standing for several hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Some filing is required. The work environment is remote or assigned retail locations. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This position may require day travel up to 75% of the time.

Our Cannabis Retail Store Manager will work out of our new location in Warrenton, MO, with an anticipated start date in mid-March. Full-time employees will receive medical benefits, paid time off and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:

Manages the day to day operations of the dispensary location including, but not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with dispensary best practices, policies, and procedures as well as with local and state regulations;
- Overseeing orders and deliveries for accuracy and timeliness;
- Collaborating with Director of Retail to set, meet, and manage all financial and operational goals;
- Preparing and facilitating regulatory inspections and law enforcement interactions;
- Managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all POS, inventory, and security systems to ensure compliance;
- Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all team members and patients;
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all store vendors, products, strains, and industry trends.

Manages the dispensary team, including store managers and patient care specialists (budtenders) including, but not limited to:

Serving as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies, procedures, industry news and changes in regulations;
- Scheduling team members appropriately and efficiently;
- Preparing weekly employee time records for payroll;
- Coaching and developing managers and team members
- Motivating the dispensary team to meet performance targets;
- Responding to all dispensary team questions, concerns, and suggestions;

Taking action when necessary to resolve team conflicts, in collaboration with Management and Human Resources when necessary;
- Assisting in the hiring for open positions and recommending employee terminations.

Serving as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies, procedures, industry news and changes in regulations;

Oversees customer relations and patient care including, but not limited to:

Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every patient;
- Providing superior customer service to both vendors and patients;
- Overseeing the response to all customer complaints, requests, concerns, and suggestions;
- Taking action to resolve conflicts when necessary;
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store;
- Maintaining industry-wide product knowledge.

Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every patient;

Ensures accurate reporting and documentation for assigned location including, but not limited to:
- Ensuring proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set by the company;
- Maintaining accurate records of all store activities including daily cash reconciliations, sales, deliveries, and returns in accordance with the State;
- Maintaining an inventory control system and performing daily counts of all cannabis and cannabis products in the facility;
- Providing regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to appropriate executives.
Requirements:

5+ years in retail and guest services;
- 3+ years of experience in a management environment;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Missouri and local cannabis laws;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Thorough understanding of the medicinal implications and effects of strains including Sativa, Indica, and Hybrids.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date, which includes submitting fingerprints and passing criminal background check

Our Extraction Laboratory Technicians will work out of our warehouse location in Rock Hill. Full-time employees will receive medical benefits, paid time off and a competitive pay range of $15-$20 based on experience.
Their responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and executing the extraction and processing of post-cultivation product in accordance with the State and standards set by the company;
- Ensuring consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by the company;
- Performing product processing and product formulation;

Processing Harvest flower material;
- Grating and sorting processed material;
- Weighing and logging material;
- Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality;

Executing extraction bench work and product filtrations;
- Operating a butane extraction system for the production of cannabis extract;
- Recording data in all necessary software platforms;
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules;
- Assisting in the packaging department as needed.
- Performing all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility;
- Ensuring production equipment, tools, workspace, lab equipment containers and appliances are cleaned and sanitized;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED;

Associate degree in Chemistry or related field or equivalent experience including 2+ years of experience working in a lab around hazardous chemicals (such as pharmaceutical or manufacturing) that adheres to strict health and safety standards;
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card by start date;
- Must be 21 years of age or older;
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong process orientation and mechanical aptitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Preferred, but not required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field;

- Knowledge of extraction labs;
- 2+ years of cannabis extraction experience.

Our Culinary Technician will work out of our warehouse location in Rock Hill. Full-time employees will receive medical benefits, paid time off and a competitive pay range starting at $15-$18/hour based on experience.
Their responsibilities will include:

Produces cannabis infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the state. This work may include but is not limited to:
- Preparing a wide variety of edibles including tablets, gummies, and chocolates;
- Scaling and mixing ingredients according to standard recipes, using electric mixers or other industrial equipment;
- Following and completing a defined production list;
- Operating PH meter to monitor acidity levels of gummy production;
- Checking products to monitor quality and consistency;
- Monitoring levels of all raw product while ensuring dates and quality meet company standards;
- Monitoring dates and labels on all inventory and scheduling destruction as necessary;
- Updating and maintaining culinary production records;
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules;
- Maintaining relevant training as new products are introduced.

- Preparing a wide variety of edibles including tablets, gummies, and chocolates;
